Excellent location close to all of the restaurants on the main street. The air con worked, the room was very clean and cleaned daily. Late check-in was possible - a helpful video on how to enter the complex and room for self checkin was provided by WhatsApp which was great. I would stay here again.

There's a lot of noise well into the early hours from the small bars just outside. (I sleep with noise cancelling headphones so I was fine - but if I didn't have these with me, it would have been really hard to sleep). Strongly recommend you get some for your stay if you're a light sleeper. The lock / security of the door could be better. It's a simple door lock on a light wooden door.

Property felt very safe and secure in the heart of Búzios. Classy decor . Boutique style . Exceptionally comfy bed and great furnishings. Home from Home vibe. Gorgeous vantage viewpoint of St Dumont Square and sunset from the balcony. Owners and staff very helpful. Went above and beyond normal expectations. Recommendations for restaurants first class.

.We were in the middle of the town after all so noise should be expected. Not the properties fault but was a little bit irritated by the bar diagonally opposite still playing loud music at 5 in the morning and beyond. . Everything else about the hotel makes up for thiis though.

The location in the square was awful in terms of noise and how you can feel unsafe in the property. There were drunk people starting having parties at 2/3 in the morning until 5/6 and given the hotel has no 24hrs reception you felt like they could brake in your room at any time. I am someone that sleeps with any noise, I woke up and fell asleep again, and same I was not scared as I am not someone that scares easily, but the situation was awful. I spoke to a taxi driver and he told me that in that square is normal to have such problem. The property owners are trying to find solutions. Nobody’s fault but is not nice.

Our complaint is not linked to the hotel per se. Located at the main square of Buzios, our 4 night stay coincided with the wine festival, and bands that played non stop until midnight each night. Think of trying to sleep to a wanna be screeching Axel Rose... anyhow, we survived the experience. Would I return to Villa Santa Fe, YES...after making sure it will just a not shows days.

The property is well-maintained and clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. (The desk clerk at checkout even spoke English.) The bed was a little too firm for me but might be just right for others. The best feature is the location. It is directly on the plaza and two blocks from the Malecon.

Beautiful decoration with shady lush central outside spaces. Very central and convenient location for Búzios town and links to beaches. Good front door security. Lovely hotel staff, very relaxed and helpful.

Nothing about the property itself. It can get a bit noisy outside during weekend nights, when the town is busy, but that’s inevitable in such a central location.

We were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff and given plenty of information about nearby attractions. The location is very clean and organized. We had a spacious room with a private balcony with a beautiful view of the public square nearby. It was a relaxing and quiet stay. Will return if we are ever in the area again! Highly recommend!

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean and a very functional and updated bathroom. The gem was the private garden.

Not enough coffee! But there is a good coffee shop nearby.

Perfect location - close to everything you would need, great restaurants and close to transport links. Wonderful host Ingrid who sorted a transfer to Rio for us. Gorgeous decor and beds very comfortable

The location is the best. Unfortunately, we needed to go to the work very early, so we didn't have a chance to taste a breakfast at the Villa. I am sure it would be perfect) Room was clean, with all needed properties.
