During my stay at the Jade Hotel Brasília, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by both the reception staff and the room cleaner. Not only were they incredibly friendly and welcoming, but their genuine warmth and helpful demeanor made my experience truly enjoyable. Whether it was offering insightful local tips or promptly attending to any requests I had, their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay was evident at every interaction. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond greatly enhanced my overall impression of the hotel, leaving me with fond memories of their hospitality.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Jade Hotel Brasília, I must express some feedback regarding the breakfast options. Although the overall experience was pleasant, I found the diversity of food to be somewhat lacking compared to the standard I anticipated from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I believe that providing at least one complimentary bottle of water per day would greatly enhance the guest experience. This is a customary amenity in many hotels of similar quality and would be a valuable addition to the services offered at the Jade Hotel Brasília. This was our second time staying at Hotel Jade. Location: The hotel is in a great location, close to excellent shopping malls. Dining: The hotel restaurant serves an excellent breakfast and also features a high-quality steakhouse for lunch and dinner. Pool Area: The pool area is well-designed and meticulously maintained. The largest pool is heated, and everything was always clean and ready for use. Service: The staff, including reception, maintenance, and housekeeping, went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Rooms & Comfort: The beds are large and comfortable. The hotel is in excellent condition, and the rooms we stayed in were well-equipped with a privileged view. However, the bathrooms were quite small and had limited ventilation, which could be improved. Overall Experience: Despite the small bathrooms, Hotel Jade offers outstanding quality for those looking for a great place to stay in Brasília.

This was easily one of the best places we stayed during our time in Brazil. The bungalow pool side room was stunning and well-equipped. It had plenty of space, and just out the sliding back door we were right in the pool. Pool-side service was excellent. We even enjoyed the onsite restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. For dinner, I was very impressed with the offerings, and the risotto was one of the best I tried during our trip. And the caiparinhas were absolutely delicious! We are already looking forward to our next trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I liked the infra structure, the staff and the restaurant. Breakfast was good. I didn´t use, but the swiming pools were nice. The gym was ok and the hotel is only 5 minutes from the Partk Shopping. Good option to be close to the airport.

It is far from the center of Brasilia. If you are going to do tourism, it may take a while to get to the hotel.

Breakfast is the best we had in Brazil, with made to order omelets. Parking is included. Gym is one of the better ones we have seen all over Brazil.

The hotel is located in an industrial area close to the freeway. We were told by the receptionist that it's NOT safe to run in the neighborhood. The hotel gave us a double room with 2 single beds, although our reservation is for 3 adults and we checked in as such. The receptionist spoke very limited English, or any other language than Portuguese. The gym, although nice, is quite a walk from the room area.

Great facilities and very friendly staff. Good value. Close to airport and shopping spots, by car. Metro station is a 20mins walk.

Bathroom is uncomfortably small, specifically for the size of the (big) rooms. Location is a little remote.

Modern and comfortable hotel in convenient location. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Only downside was that the large pool was closed for cleaning and we couldn’t use it at all during our stay.

What didn't I like.. lol I enjoyed my stay. My wife and I are planning a longer stay next time to enjoy the amenities.. thank you

Everything!!!! The rooms tidy and clean with great views. The breakfast delicious, the staff very polite and nice. We will definitely come back!!!
