The room (suite) was very comfortable. It was serviced daily. The surrounding complex was excellent. I could go for a 40 minute walk without leaving the complex. The staff were friendly. All the desk folks I worked with spoke English well, and they were helpful. The restaurant staff were excellent. There is a large pool, a sauna, and a gym with treadmills and other gym apparatus, All in all, a very serviceable facility for a typical stay.

I would have liked better information in the rooms for first-time guests. The hotel uses an app for room service that seems to be not only for selecting food but ordering it. The "ordering" function doesn't work. It's just the menu for the hotel kitchen. The desk asked me to send in my order via WhatsApp. I could not figure out how to do that, so I ordered in-person at the desk. The food quality overall is very good, but the selections for lunch/dinner are fairly limited. If you plan a long stay, investigate local restaurant options. The gum was very basic. More equipment for floor work and stretching would make it excellent.

I enjoyed a late dinner on the outside terrace. Was only there for a short night, but the room was very comfortable. The front desk was exceptionally helpful, which I appreciated. Although I speak some Portuguese, it was also nice that the staff spoke English. I have actually stayed there twice, both short nights. Will come back next time I am in Brasilia, hopefully to stay longer or bring additional people.

It's near to the Airport and the mall. The rooms have soundproof windows. Great breakfast and service.

The room's A/C wasn't working but they switch me to another room.

Very good breakfast. The hotel had free car sevice to the airport which the other hotels did not offer. Room was clean and modern. The staff was very helpful.

Keys didn’t work and signage lacking we couldn’t find the pool easily or the squash court or the right reception since there are two. It’s confusing from the garden to know where to go

Well attended at the rececption, very amable people. Foos at the restaurant at the right temperatura, good taste and the attention of the waiters, very good

The breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice variety of fruits, breads and hot items.

The internet connection from my room was poor.
