Very close to the airport.. The room was very big and a amazing bed. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Not really clean, upcharged as I came in with a friend and they didn't even provide an additional towel. Room was quite dirty and super noisy, walls are ridiculous you hear everything from the near rooms

Comfortable big bad

The rooms have no windows. I mean, they have window openings, but they overlook the inside of the chimney with noisy air conditioners and toilet exhausts. You can perfectly hear every sound of your neighbor in the toilet. The capacity of the water heaters is not adjusted to the pressure - you have 2 options: barely dripping extremely hot water or a normal ice-cold stream. I got a room upstairs which apart from the smell and noise from the "window" was also old. after intervention at reception I was given another one on the ground floor after refurbishment. Receptionist very nice but no English speaking what to expect from a hotel close to the international airport.

The bed were comfortable

I asked them during the day to get me a taxi. They said that it is not needed to reserve one, because I could just get one at 2 am when I needed it. This was not true; At 2 pm no taxi drivers picked up, and I missed my flight!!!! The hotel was 3 hours walking from the airport. WORST ADVICE EVER!

The reception is terrible the lady talk to me rude no education end no professional

They canceled my reservation without any warning so I ended up on the street at 2am. The card I provided at the time of the booking didn't work (which is not uncommon in Brazil), so I provided a different one, meanwhile I informed the hotel of my arrival time. But when I reached there, they just told me they sold my room to someone else and no rooms available and so, I had to go to the airport and sleep on the floor there as my flight was later that morning.
