The staff, I got Myself in a situation as an international traveler and they assisted me in best possible way. I’ve been traveling a lot, I stay at hotel over 150dayas a year and now when there was a problem that I didn’t know how to solve alone in Brazil. The staff acted with big hearts and understanding. I’m used to “our policy is and we can’t” but they really showed heart.

Great hotel, the room was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable with a duvet (most of the hotels offer only sheets and blankets). The bathroom was CLEAN and the shower was perfect (a little noisy though). Breakfast was excellent with good options.

When I first got to my room (520), there was an annoying electronic humming coming from the corridor, and I was sure I wouldn't be able to sleep. I asked the receptionist to change rooms, and he just said the hotel was fully booked, and he wouldn't be able to do it. I returned to my room very upset, because I worked all the week, I just needed a good night of sleep. I couldn't stay in the room due to the sound, so I had to ask once again to change rooms, the man didn't care, but the woman listened to me and offered another room (406) that was perfect! To sum up, I had to ask three times for the change!

The location is perfect, close to several shops and restaurants. Nice and flat neighborhood inviting you to walk a bit.

Thi wifi/TV connection in the room was weak and it took forever to connect.

Affordable base to explore the city from and in a good central location. Nothing special but doesn’t need to be.

Everything was very new and clean. It was quiet in the room, with no noise from other guests because of the soundproof doors and walls. We were able to reserve a parking space beforehand on the site.

We liked everything, very clean and petfriendly place. Soft colours and very modern building... SUPER breakfast!!!
