The staff was very helpful. they stored our luggage the day we where leaving so we could enjoy our last day in Fortaleza. they let use the swimming pool shower so we could refresh before leaving. the room is big, the bathroom is clean. location is 7minutes walk to the beach and 12minutes to the night market.

the aircon is super loud and old school so you can’t really turn it on when you are sleeping unless you have earplugs. we had problems with the magnetic card to open the door which didn’t work at first even-though they tried to reset it several times and to change us from rooms.

Understanding reception, they did the best to assist all my needs during my stay.

Breakfast on the weekends are a bit chaotic seems like they need better training prep and organization.

The entrance door of the building should have an automatic door opening so that we don't have to struggle with the door and the luggage. And...not that this is a real problem, but It would be nice if the hotel entrance hall had a better look.

Small hotel, colorful and comfortable. Room is big, shower is good. Small balcony to dry some clothes.

Location is not that plesent. Long check in time.

Amazing location, breakfast was good and the room was quite big and clean. Great value for money as there was a off season promo when I booked - not sure if it would be worth the peak season price for what they offer.

The staff was surprisingly rude!? We stayed there for a week and no one ever smiled at the desk. The room and the hotel were quite old and under construction in certain areas (we were not told that - I found out reading recent reviews) so we had various fixable problems to report to reception and they were so dismissive. One guy noted down the terrace door not shutting the first day and never asked maintenance to fix it. After the 3rd problem was reported, when the maintenance guy came in - we had to show him every issue with the room to fix it on the spot as he was not aware (he was quite surprised himself that reception didn't notify him).
