The location couldn't be better. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were functional and comfortable. The hotel is modern and well cared. The breakfast were excellent. The pool and roof bar were beautiful. Special thanks to Milena and Alice (If I remember their names) who cleaned our room and to Valdemir, who was working serving the breakfast. I used the gym 2 times and the facility is great. Even the option for late check out was fantastic. Our flight back was 22:25, paying extra for check out at 18:00 was perfect for us.

The pool could close a bit later. I love pretty much everything, maybe the late check out could be an option when we book.

Without question, this is the best location in Fortaleza. Located directly across the street from the most popular and lively section of gorgeous Miereles Beach puts you right in the center of the action and has the added benefit of being in the safest part of the city. In between the hotel and the water is a beautiful broad walk with dedicated bike lanes and plenty of room to stroll. Many eating establishments from street food to fine dining are right outside the door. There is also a fantasticly large crafts market DIRECTLY across the street, open every day from about 6pm to midnight. The hotel has been completely renovated and has a beachy, mid century modern vibe. Common areas are elegantly appointed and the rooms stylish, comfortable, clean, with in room safes. Windows are insulated and provide peace and quiet when shut. Curtains are blackout style for restful sleep. Breakfast is fantastic and varied. Restaurant makes excellent Neapolitan style pizzas and has great cocktails. Free bikes and beach towels for guests. Staff is polite and always helpful and are happy to arrange excursions and answer questions about the city. Small rooftop pool has glorious views and free towels. There is another bar and steam room on this level.

Elevators are small and wait times can be long but stairs are available if you know where to look.

The location is perfect, the value is great, the staff was very helpful and the hotel's restaurant is probably one of the best I have been in my life. Indeed, I was hoping to know better about the food scene in Fortaleza, but the restaurant of the hotel was so good and with so many local ingredients that we decided to go a few times.

They offered a double-decker bus that in the end had a different time schedule than we expected. In the end all was worked out. But they are not even part of the hotel. Great hotel.

The staff is very friendly. The location is wonderful. The view from the rooftop pool is incredible. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large. The breakfast is complete, with absolutely everything from tapioca and omelets made on the spot, to sweet fruits, various cakes, cold cuts, juices, it is wonderful. The view from the room we stayed in was so beautiful. It's been a long time since I've seen such a well-trained and friendly team.

Great hotel, with a nice rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast was very good - located in front of the beach. Various shops, cafe's and restaurants around at walking distance. Nice Korean restaurant right around the corner - lovely owner. Great to have the towell service, which you could take to the beach or at the rooftop swimming pool. You can walk over the boulevard and visit the fish market, where you can eat delicious fresh fish. Nice experience and the people in Fortaleza are generally very very kind!

Like many bigger luxury hotels, the staff can be various depending on the person working.. Cleaners are always super nice :) Tip to management: try to keep the quality consistent, I've noticed difference in cleaning when I changed rooms (1st days were booked by friends who organized their wedding, last 2 days I booked extra on my own account - therefor changed rooms). My second room was actually an upgrade, but the room didn't look as clean as the first.

The modern, clean design, the kind staff, and the location across a beach seemed quite safe, considering the bad reputation the city of Fortaleza has for its criminality rate. We had a lovely dinner on the terrace, pity that the live music thought that the louder the volume better the enjoyment, which was obviously not the case for us, unable to have a normal conversation at the dinner table because the enthusiastic artist playing behind my neck

The check-in process took forever and was exhaustive. My simple request to change a double room into a triple by adding an extra bed for day use became a " nightmare " calculation process. Besides the receptionist, the manager on duty and another kind lady who spoke Italian stepped into the procedure so that after almost one hour spent at the reception, we could finally get the keys. This was enough to make it a negative experience.

The location is really good. The breakfast is diverse and good (inlcuding what the cook cooks). the beach is in front of you (2 min walking). at night you can sit at the terrace of the hotel. it is in the center of the boulevard. the staff is friendly and helpfull. the rooms are nice and clean and also the bathrooms.

i had a guest who wanted to refresh him self in the room, but the hotel doesn't allow that even if it is 2 min.

Great location, nice swimming pool on the roof, varied and plentiful breakfast. Friendly professional and considerate staff. Our standard hotel, and especially after the extensive renovation, very up-to-date!

The wardrobe should be bigger, now it is quite small even after the renovation. Plastic cups in the room are not really suitable for a hotel of this level. There used to be glass drinking glasses, where have they been?

Really nice staff, great rooms, great pool, nice restaurant on ground floor with very friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Some kind of printed information would have been helpful as we didn't get any information about the facilities at check in. Gym was quite poorly equipped too for a nicer hotel (no water, cleaning spray, no barbell)

There isn't much I didnt like. Maybe the pool could be open later than 6pm. Also it would be nice to have a better selection for breakfast other than 10 types of breads,.but it's the traditional brazilian breakfast.
