I really enjoyed the location of the hotel; it was in a safe area, very close to Avenida Beira Mar and just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean. Having a supermarket nearby was also convenient.

I was disappointed with the hotel policy not allowing visitors to enter. It limited my ability to comfortably meet friends during my stay, which affected the overall experience. I felt uncomfortable with the hotel staff's decision not to allow a friend of mine to enter. This restriction felt inconvenient and detracted from the welcoming atmosphere that I had expected.

The friendly staff at the front desk and their awesome service. The check in was supposed to be at 2.00 PM and we arrived at the hotel at 9.00 AM in the morning. The room has been cleaned and gave us the key before the check in because we were very tired and waiting at the lobby. Also the staff at the restaurant/bar was very friendly and the service was excellent. For my next vacation in Fortaleza i would choose this hotel again for my stay.

Always stayed beachfront hotels in Fortaleza and just by chance happened to pass this hotel for lunch on my last trip. I decided to give it a try and they've exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff, good price/quality ratio. Great location with partial sea view. Compared to what I usually pay in Fortaleza for a room, I felt lucky.

Maybe different color sofas to brighten up the place ( from my background in interior design). Or some color (a plant or painting) But that is if I would be really picky

Awesome location right by the beach, room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel restaurant was very good for breakfast and the dinner we ate there. Laundry service was very good and quick.

The TVs in the room were very small, not that we watched them much with so much to do in the area.

The air conditioning system makes sure you will be able to sleep. Considering how hot it can get in Fortaleza, this is like a prerequisite. The room was spacious and we had a balcony with a decent view of the city. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was full of variety. We really enjoyed our week there.

The location is great, the staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of fruit, breads, cakes, omelets etc. It was nice to have parking as well.

The layout of the rooms are a little awkward with a large living room but a tight bedroom. Linens were nice but the towels were thin and worn.

It has many rooms for only 2 small elevators. So at checkout time it takes close to 1h to get luggage downstairs and due to it almost missed my flught. On checkout i suggest going down with luggages early when you go for breakfast.

The location is perfect, the staff are helpful and friendly, parking was a big plus for us, the corner room was spacious and we had a beautiful ocean view.

Only one room key for a family of four is a bit annoying and the elevators are a little slow but not a dealbreaker

The air conditioneer broke on the last day. They couldn't fix it properly in time. One of the elevators broke for 1 day.

Breakfast for sure! Super nice and many choices! Including the staff service and opening time.

The front office communication. Unfortunately I had to ask for a blanket many times, since my arrival on Sunday. I also offered myself go take from the reception, but unfortunately did not happen.
