Location is excellent! Staff is helpful and professional. Accommodation is large : two rooms: bedroom is isolated from the noise of the corridor which is great! Breakfast is copious and varied with many fresh fruits.

They should pay attention to lift maintenance: even with two out of three working it might get busy during the peak

The room was amazing, not just a little bedroom but a whole 1-room apartment with a balcony. We loved that. The gym was ok. The location was amazing, we could get to the beach in less than 10 min walking. There are several very good restaurants within 15-20 min walking.

The breakfast was a complete disappointment for R$ 35 per day: not a big food variety, terrible coffee, and even among the stuff they had, nothing was especially tasty. Strongly not recommended, there are better places around the hotel.

Location close the beach and super market . Bed comfy.good size of room.

This building need a details cleaning, the linen and towels was very clean and change rigth, and my room was clean,but over all need attencion

The staff at the reception were almost “hostile” and inefficient. The room was old and in need of refurbishing, the tv non functional. Room was booked for two and only one towel in the room. An extra towel was requested at reception in the evening and was not provided. Had to request again the following morning in order for my son to shower !!!! One of my poorest stays ever ….

It is an old hotel in desperate need of maintenance.

it is close to pharmacies and grocery stores. it’s 1 block from the beach. rooms are small 1 bedroom apartments

breakfast wasn’t very good, didn’t have sugar free, lactose free or gluten free options. If you wanted to have an omelette, they would be extra charge. Room cleaning didn’t come on the last day we stayed, so trash accumulated in the room. there is no hot water. water is cold to slightly warm. not enough to take a relaxing shower. room furniture was old and not well padded. I left with a really bad back pain. room smelled of old wood. lights were dim, so if you need a well lit room, ask them for some extra lamps. TV is tiny. hotel’s restaurant was expensive. I didn’t see anyone having a meal there. breakfast was 1 star!! very simple.
