The breakfast is OK, but is not providing by the hotel so cover for some kinds of drinks like expresso, capuccino, hot chocolate.

The location needs urgently a big update.

Great location with a small waterfall and lots of trees and birds.

Facilities and amenities are in need of significant improvement. The coffee served at breakfast was both burned and cold, the indoor pool had a noticeably low water level, and the quality of the towels provided was substandard. The wifi available is unstable and weak.

The person at the reception was nice.

It was extremely cold that we got sick - the heating didn’t work - there was one guy checking the heating but just changed the controller but it still didn’t work. The pool was extremely dirty - I never saw something like this The sauna was not always working. In the gym many things were not working. The person at the breakfast was unfriendly and the breakfast is everyday the same. It’s typical Brazilian breakfast but not really healthy . Only bread , cake and eggs but no vegetables - they had fruits though. No vegan option for bread or milk .

The place is surrounded by nature, and has a great view.

The staff was a bit rude. We arrived late at night, and had nothing available to eat, other than a grab and go tiny market with terrible options. Since the restaurant closes early, and has no room service, and the place is nearby a road, there is nothing around to eat late at night. The rooms are full of mold in the walls, and have a terrible mold smell. Plus, it doesn't seem to be very well cleaned. The breakfast is ok. Overall the place is less than ok. All the amenities are poorly taken care of, and looks a bit old, with ripped sheets and sofas. If you are looking for a good family vacation spot, I would not recommend it.
