The reception staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms and overall hotel space were clean. The breakfast was of good quality with an acceptable variety. The room ventilation was adequate, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel’s location and its access to public transportation and city attractions were excellent.

The hotel lobby was smaller than expected for a three-star hotel. The entrance area was such that the signage for the public parking stood out more than the hotel entrance itself. The quality of the toilet paper was not appropriate at all and appeared to be of the lowest grade. The minibar was completely empty, which in itself is not a problem, but it is recommended to at least provide a bottle of drinking water in the rooms. At night, to drink a glass of water, guests are forced to go down several floors to the lobby and purchase a small water bottle at a much higher price. The absence of even a single bottle of drinking water in the room is not in line with the standards of a three-star hotel.

2 things - a) it was quite a cold room and the air con only had a cooling feature, like other hotels in Brazil. so the first night of our 3 night stay was a little chilly. the extra blanket provided was also quite thin b) there were few gluten free options for the breakfast. when i asked they did provide a cake, but simple bread would have been preferred as the cake was full of sugar

Hotel entrance is a bit on the small side but once you get there, the room is actually larger than what I expected. Some noise coming from the street but pretty common in that area of JF. Great breakfast and very lovely service from the front desk. Great value for money.

Parking spaces a bit on the small side -- probably would struggle had I rented a larger vehicle. Area where the hotel is located can get really crowded and feel slightly unsafe later at night (not a problem with the property -- but for awareness)

My second short visit to Juiz de Fora and first time at this hotel. Great location and really good wheelchair accessible room. I liked the photos of the room, which made me book this hotel and was impressed with the facilities.

The wheelchair accessible room was good but not perfect. The shower chair was a little low and the shower controls was way too high for me to reach. I told the staff at reception about this and asked if the shower controls can be lowered as i would like return to this hotel again, when i come back to Juiz de Fora in July 2025.

Genuinely kind front desk staff. The restaurant staff were kind and helpful as well. The facilities were clean and of good value. Parking is a bit tight. If you are driving a larger car (jeep compass and up) best to have hotel staff park for you

TV channel selection was poor unless you are into religious services 24h per day and tier 2 and 3 football games ugh.

Friendly staff, very nice breakfast and restaurant in general.

There was something noisy next to our apartment, maybe an air conditioner outside, but it was a constant humming next to room 1012. We probably could change the room without the problem, so it is not really a complain, just an information for future guests.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent and the room was clean.

Stayed one night, was disturbed three times by attendants. But overall nothing bad :)
