Loved this city apartment, very cosy and extremely well outfitted. The host, Mario, was outstanding, very concerned with our comfort and that we enjoy our time in Zagreb. Parking was easy and secure. This unit is a mile or two away from the core, but there was a tram stop just 3 minutes away, very easy to get around.

The hotel is nice. The staff is kind especially in the morning. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. I really appreciate the breakfast and the pool area

The building is old and some places need new painting maintenance. In the bathroom the shower isn't nice. The shower tap isn't appropriated

This hotel is great. The check-in was really fast and easy, bed was comfortable, shower is perfect, my view to the park was beautiful, staff is helpful and polite and the restaurant has a great variety of things to eat with fair prices.

Wifi connection and speed can be improved, I had to use my 4G for a stable connection on my phone. Also, I didn't know (and forgot to ask about) the breakfast time, so when I arrived in the late morning there was only a few things to eat. Thankfully, a member of the staff shared some food with me.

The hotel is clean and the service is good. Breakfast includes many items and you can enjoy different common Brazilian breakfast foods with your company.

The tv options were not good. Although they had satellite, the options were limited. The TV was big though. The staff could have been more sympathetic.

Beds, the mattress were not comfortable in both the room’s I had booked, looks like they put two single beds together.
