Bathroom and shower too small. Shower head defective and water spray horrible. Breakfast wasn’t good either.

not having dishes, difficult to get dishes and necessities. we booked this place because of the kitchen but weren’t able to cook our kids food when they didn’t want to eat out.

There was a lot of noise throughout the night because of the bars in the surrounding area. The hotel website mentions the rooms are soundproof but it doesn’t seem to be the case.

The ACs didn't seem to be working ok. The AC in the living room seemed to be working on fan mode only and the AC in the en-suite was dripping.

Location
I always stay at Victory Suítes when I come to JF to visit my 100 year old grandmother. The location is one block away, therefore very convenient. The hotel overall is good, however it requires a stronger management team to look into details such as: chipped cups in the breakfast glassware, one the towels in the bathroom had a hole in it, the water in the toilet tank was brownish, the coffee was not hot during breakfast. These are details that can be corrected with better supervision. I stayed at room 1803 and the room is spacious.

Location is great. Room is quiet, and staff is friendly.
Room is very big, but Bathroom was too small and uncomfortable. Duvet wasn’t clean, so I didn’t use it. It looked like it was already used many times with no wash. I didn’t see any duvet covers that I could use. Bedsheets were clean. Breakfast was fair but the black coffee was really bad.
