The front desk person on Sunday June 30 was just wonderful. The food at dinner was not bad, and breakfast was the best!!

The hotel showing its age. You can see its been painted, but finish is sloppy. The toilets are stained with the hard water, and the curtains need a wash, for sure.

It is located in the center. It has a good breakfast.

Hard to find the entrance, hard to leave the parking lot (a lot of people walking thru - weekends). Need more light in the room. Noisy. There’s no proper gym. Some people of the staff (reception) need to work on their politeness.

I like how the rooms have many windows, good natural lighting, calm place to stay and very delicious breakfast.

The bathrooms are old and need to be renovated, they wouldn’t change my towels every day and didn’t clean my room everyday either. They also charge for small things like I needed a knife and fork and they rented them to me.

The breakfast was good, the staff was so kind and the localization was perfect.

Cleanliness

I booked the room for a member of my staff. His experience was very bad. Dirty room. We tried to cancel the reservation, but was already paid. They change him to another room. During one of the nights the celling of the room next door felt down and hurt the "guest neighbor".

Breakfast (ONLY)

My stay at Binder Hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned or well-maintained (stained walls and toilet), with a clear lack of basic hygiene (see cockroaches at the picture). The location was terrible, surrounded by junkies and felt unsafe, especially at night. I had booked a double bed but was instead offered two single mattresses awkwardly placed side by side, which was very uncomfortable. The mini fridge was empty, the TV was a small, outdated 32” model, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly—it only functioned in fan mode, failing to cool the room at all. Overall, the experience was unacceptable, and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!
