The location and the breakfast was also excellent

Some staff was annoying. We checked in at almost midnight on August 7, and really tired and wanted to go to bed, the lady who checked us in was very slow and not very polite, and kept asking us when we would check out the next morning, I answered probably after breakfast between 10 and 11, as the official check out time is 12. The next morning after breakfast we came back to the room at 10:05 (exactly because the restaurant manager came to our table to tell us that the breakfast was closed at 10am so we left at 10) to pick up our luggage but couldn’t open the door with the keys, because the checking lady set the keys only valid until 10am! This makes us doubt about the management of the hotel, how many keys would be stolen and miss-used so that they come out with this rule!

We came driving from to the airport to catch an early international flight the next day. The staff was amazing, from the counter check-in, to the person that took our bags to the fantastic waiter at the bar. Having live music - the pianist was incredible - really helped us relax from a long drive and the stress of getting up very early for our flight.

Excellent hotel for a day long wait for a connecting flight. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and well extended our check out to 2pm, after which we could still use the extensive gym and pool.

Generally excellent but one small improvement would be clarifying where exactly to meet the shuttle bus at the airport (at the bus terminal), and to have it run more frequently than only every hour.

It was close to the airport, easy check in and check out! We had a late checkout so we used the pool and relaxed. My Family had an early check out at 4am, they had a light breakfast for them at the Breakfast area. The breakfast was incredible!! From yogurt to waffles, fruit, coffee, tea, eggs and much more!! Everyone was so helpful and extremely kind! They even have a table for flights from the airport.

Honestly, for being so close to the airport and no view I thought it was great! The price was fit and I liked it! I would definitely do it again! If i had to say one thing I guess it would be that near the pool there was no service.. for drinks.. you had to go inside.

Customer service prior to arrival is amazing. I requested a crib, and the request was promptly attended. The place is super clean and well kept. We ordered room service, and the food is heavenly. Such a peaceful and family-friendly environment. Not to mention the very convenient free shuttle every 30 min from and two the airport. I was able to go and check my luggage early without the kids and only came to the airport right before my flight. The kitchen staff was super friendly and helped me wash my baby's bottles(this is just icing on the cake). And the beds...... we slept like a rock. The beds feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.

After the room service, it took a little while for the plates to be collected even after my call to the front desk (or if there is a place to drop them, I was not aware/informed).

The property was very close to the airport so the travel to the hotel was quick.

The property was well Maintained. The gift shop didn’t speak English and was very sparse. You were told “not to walk around” outside of the property. It the safest of neighborhoods. Uber rides were encouraged!!! And that what we did. We Uber’s everywhere we wanted to see and or visit.

Very good location. Just loved this hotel. Friendly staff. Wide variety breakfast. We’ve booked a room with lounge access. Excellent choice. The whole reception area & lobby smells extremely nice. Everything was just perfect. Free airport shuttle every 30 min. Great hotel to stay if you want to be near the airport

Everything thing was amazing, such as the Marriot brand offer. Staff was very kind and friendly. The buffet is THE BEST.

We spend almost a hold day in order to connect our international flight. As a parent flying with a 5 and 3 year old kids, you should considered have a space for kids, in or outdoor playground. Specially if solo travelers don’t want to get bothered.

Free shuttle to airport, excellent service by staff, extremely clean and ample rooms. I found also the hallways and lobby quite silent for a hotel, which helped me to take my work calls from there. Room service options are excellent and well-executed, you won't miss going to a restaurant.

Spacious room, comfortable beds ( slept all night and very quiet), the food from the service room was really tasty, very equipped gym, good healthy option for breakfast. Staff very nice, polite.. can not complain, very pleasant stay.
