Breakfast was a bit boring

Hotel staff is kind and helpful. Our first room had some technical issues and was a bit outdated, which was disappointing. However, the receptionist quickly resolved the situation by moving us to a newly renovated room. The new room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed. We ordered room service and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Breakfast the next morning was the highlight of our stay, with a delicious and varied options, including fantastic juices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Second room: smart TV didn’t connect to the internet, which was a letdown. The first room had some technical issues: - room phone didn’t work - TV was very old and didn’t connect to the internet - jacuzzi could not be filled with water

They didn't mention in any moment they had the facility of free hotel/airport transfer. We communicated over msgs for a few days and nobody mentioned this service.

The location and facilities were satisfactory, particularly the extensive fitness center. The breakfast offering was also commendable.

The room key card malfunctioned frequently, requiring multiple attempts to unlock the door. Despite this inconvenience, the staff was accommodating, and the overall experience was satisfactory, considering the reasonable pricing for the location in Sao Paulo.

This hotel is in Guarulhos city but very close (a 7 minute Uber or taxi ride) to the airport. An airport shuttle leaves the hotel every 30 minutes. Remember to book your shuttle in advance as some times of the day it can be very busy. This hotel caters to airline crews and passengers from cancelled flights etc. so the restaurant serves 3 full meals every day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. We've already tried dinner and breakfast and both were very nice. A great option if you have an overnight stopover in Guarulhos or have a very early flight and want to sleep near the airport before your trip. They also have day-use fares in case you have a long layover or want to rest a little before your day flight. Overall a great option if you want to stay close to airport and save on the stay prices since it is much more affordable than the in-airport hotels.

Good breakfast, wifi was working well enough to do my work while there and the gym was very nice. They also do airport transfers for only 10 reais.

The airport transfer didn't ask which terminal I needed to be in. Then in the end I ended up in the wrong one and had to waste 30 minutes of travel time while in the airport to get to the correct one.

The bedroom was big and it looks like it was freshly renovated. Bed was comfortable. Loved the transfer provided from hotel to airport too.

I liked that it was close proximity to the airport, was priced per night well and was used as a Room to shower in and relax before a flight. Rooms were somewhat updated and had a nice mini bar full of snacks and drinks that were well priced.

This property is on a steep hill with tons of traffic sometimes. Not many restaurants are near by so makes getting food difficult.

For the price I was pleasantly surprised. My plane was delayed and I booked at short notice. Comfortable bed and room. Restaurant good value and very pleasant. Airport shuttle a definite win.
