We loved the spacious bedroom with many bench top and cupboards. Large windows with a view. The fridge was empty - so you'll could place your things here or buy downstairs. The bed was firm, it just requires more blankets. We loved the massage service for extra - it was worthwhile and the sauna too. It has towels provided.

The free transfer to the airport- they leave you far from the airport, consider exrra time for this. The restaurant food was basic and the service wasnt the best.

Location and near the airport. We arrived on a Saturday night and left on a Sunday so there was no traffic and the shuttle was quick and efficient around 15 minutes. We didn’t know there is a 24h room service otherwise we’d have ordered dinner. Fair price and a nice variety.

A great stayover if you have a long stopover between flights. We arrived at 2 am and used the shuttle. The staff helped us to check in quickly and as one only needs a bed, a hot shower and breakfast before the next shuttle to the airport this is perfect. The hotel was also accommodating and let us do a late check-out.

There was a problem with Booking.com. On the website, I could book a triple room but could not select 3 people. (It was for my husband, my son and myself). I did send a note about this problem to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they gave us a double room - it took some time to explain the issue and we had to pay extra for my son (understandable) and wait for an extra bed to be brought to our room. We also asked for another towel for him that did not arrive. Maybe not the hotel's fault but having to deal with this at 3 am in the morning after a long flight is not pleasant)

Room service was delicious, and the room was big. Also working chair in the room was very comfortable.

It is a bit old. It was difficult to understand and find clear information on the shuttle bus timings. So I took a taxi instead. Please do something about that. New towels might be due but overall it is good stay.

Amenities, coffee and transfer are pretty good. Staff are all very friendly and prompt to help.

My room was a bit noisy as I could hear very clearly from the room beside mine, but after calling the receptionist everything was sorted.

The food options in the restaurant were not good for lunch. Maybe it is better for dinner . Only 2 meals to choose and the one I selected was bad.

Very central location to town centre. Convenient for the airport, shuttle service to and from airport. Room comfortable and large toilet and shower. Staff very attentative and friendly .

It's an excellent place to stay.It is handy to have a restaurant with good food and free breakfast.There is also a shuttle bus from terminal two in Sao Paulo.The staff is very nice too.

This is the second time we have stayed overnight at Monreale due to our connecting flight, so its closeness to the airport is the key factor for us.
