food was great really a good variety of veg which I liked a lot and clean and you could take as much as you want. But breakfast was free and also very good. DId get a late check out as I waited ages to check in so good exchane there

wanted to have possibility of making tea in the bedroom with kettle and tea bags and or coffee . They need to be much more specific about how to get the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, Very difficult with out a specific location, So we were lucky as we could call the hotel others might not have a brazilian sim card.would have preferred a lower price though for the food it was 100 rs a meal. nearby lift did not work and there were big queues to check in,

It’s a lovely hotel. I always enjoy staying here. They have the lovely Swimming pool surrounded by well kept tropical garden. My room had a balcony which was again lovely to sit out and look at all the birds in the garden. Great breakfast With a lot of fresh sessional fruits. Coffee was excellent at breakfast.

I hope the managers will take note of what I said about the rooms. The cleaning could have been much better. I know the room is now dated and they are planning to refurbish the rooms near the swimming Pool. But wear and tear doesn’t both me in a hotel. The only thing which I want in a hotel room, is for the room to be very clean.

The buffet at the restaurant has a nice selection of dishes, be it for dinner or for breakfast. No "a la carte" options. The hotel is very clean and cozy, the big garden and pool give it a nice feeling of space and green around. Very convenient complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

No remarks on negative points to make. Everything was very good for us. The only remark I have is that the free shuttle timing is dependent on the traffic of the big routes, which the hotel can not control, so make sure you allow plenty of time for the transport to the airport if you have a flight to catch.

We stay at Panamby every year on our way home from holidays. Its close to airport..theres a free airport shuttle which we usually avail of. Rooms are comfy. Lov the pool area if its warm enough..lovely breakfast with plenty to offer. Food options are really good. We usually arrive very early morning and they always do their best to accomodate us with an early check in

Nothing really we will continue to use it in the future as it suits our needs.

The rooms are large … larger than average hotels, plushly decorated with a good sized balcony … my room overlooked the pool and gardens … my room was spotlessly clean …. I would rate it as one of the nicest hotels and best room that I’ve stayed at while travelling through the east coast of South America for just over a month ….what a wonderful and memorably last night spent in South America before flying off back to my home in Africa the following evening. The breakfast was superb … I can’t fault it at all … there was a wide variety, including scrambled eggs and bacon, fruit, yoghurt, pastries and cakes … breakfast was excellent. I chose this hotel because it has a lovely garden and pool area in the middle of a concrete metropolis…. And it certainly did not disappoint … lovely to sit on my balcony and watch the thunderstorm come over while looking over the garden and pool. The best cherry on the top is that the hotel has free transport to and from the airport … the hotel’s bus arrives at the airport to pick up guests every hour, as well as shuttles guests back to the airport from the hotel … as the hotel is a good 25 to 30 minutes from the airport given the traffic on the highway. Highly recommended!

There was nothing that I did not like … everything, including check-in and check-out went quickly and smoothly. A great airport hotel!

Helpful staff very kind. Kindness, attentiveness, room set up and being clean,spaceous, looning towards the pool.

I missed breakfast what was included my booking. I went and asked for coffee a little later and got charged for it. I also have spoken to 3 different accomodation staffs that i will check out in the evening( paid for an extra night) i do not need any cleaning in my room, yet i was woken up by the security latch of the door being used by someone... trying to enter. It disturbed my rest before a long flight. I did not appreiate it at all. I have made a complaint at the reception, yet i do not think i was understood by the receiptionist due to language barriers. Besides this wveryone was nice ,polite and attentive.

The reception was very kind and they spoke spanish, so that was really cool. Also, the staff of other parts of the hotel was really kind. The shuttle is a great option to move to the airport. It was clean, and the rooms are nice.

I would love to see more spaces to walk and to work, not only the room. Also, the wifi was very bad :/, I had to use my line to get good wifi.

Very clean, close the airport and a great breakfast. The staff were under pressure and very patient.

After many hours of travel, I was exhausted and it took over an hour to be checked in. I ended up only getting 3 hours good sleep before I had to leave again for the airport. Please support your very patient and professional reception staff and employ more people, so they can get to bed. The check in was very slow.

The new section of the hotel has amazing rooms.

Long check in times . No airport transfer in the early hours of Sunday morning for 6am flights. Away from shopping centres. Pets should not be allowed, one couple tried to bring in their dog to the breakfast area, wasn't allowed, so they tied it to the coffee table and barked, it pissed all over the coffee table,. Dogs shouldn't be allowed in such a nice hotel. There is other hotels for that.. .. but that's brasil for you.. so many stupid laws.. wouldn't happened in Australia..

Staff very helpful Room very nice The pool was very good but beware I sat in the sun by the pool for an hour on October 6th and burnt !! Still sore 5 days later. I stayed here as had flight the next day and they let me stay in the room till 14:30.

I just wanted a snack when I got in at 23:30 and not 16:30 as planned - delays at GRU airport due to terrible thunder storms. But the club sandwich, which was very very nice and good value , was just huge lol a nice line of small sandwiches without chips woukd have been nicer. There is nothing around here at all that u could see ie shoos, restaurants but I want needing much, just a shop to buy a snack.
