The place was really great which is why I'm giving it a high review. I really liked the accomodation and location, staff were great once I arrived and very helpful. Breakfast was good, catered for gluten free as well. Everything was easy once I arrived and transfer back to the airport was great as well.

Right at the beginning with the transfer from the airport I had a lot of issues. Was really difficult to communicate the details of where the pickup was. I waited for an hour after I arrived at the airport for the next pick up time. Then there was nobody at the pickup point when I arrived even though I confirmed with a photo I was at the right spot. They already knew I was coming at that time as well but after waiting for 15min they told me the driver had left so I took an Uber. Still don't know what happened but on the way back no issues with transport. One other thing was I was charged for drinks in the fridge without warning. I'm not used to saying in hotels so I wasn't aware there would be a charge. Just good to be aware since the staff don't tell you

Airport shuttle - Nice, but if the hotel has to inform during the booking about pickup . I don't aware about pickup- once reached hotel using taxi, return to airport used the shuttle service provided by the hotel. break fast is exceptional with fruits and yoghurt. the hotel staff are kind and helpful.

The shuttle was on time, and I could even chat with the staff, so I was confident I was not going to be left behind. The breakfast was really good as well. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Poor noise isolation between apartments. Shower's floor not properly leveled. Water is not well drained . Little cleanliness details, like stains in the on/ off light switches' covers.

Shuttle service included in hotel price, breakfast to. Good breakfast and good value for the money food at hotel restaurant. Do not expect a fancy restaurant but a functional one with room service. In my case, I needed a place to stay one night with my family because a stop over in São Paulo. Hotel met my needs for safe two ways shuttle service, 24 hour reception , confortable room and dinner/breakfast at reasonable price.

Spacious and clean room, shuttle to the airport, free parking.

It is not that I didn’t like but something to suggest is that guests who have to go very early to the airport will miss the breakfast. Perhaps a package with something like a fruit, granola bar and juice to go would be great.

Great hotel to stay close the airport. It was our second time in there, staff very friendly, good parking lot, room has a good size and the breakfast is fair.

I really enjoyed the airport shuttle option and the breakfast which had a abundance of delicious food. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I had everything I needed at this hotel and recommend it to future hotel guests.

I wish there was a swimming pool, sauna or hot tube in this hotel. That would have been superb. Wi-Fi was not that strong on the 4th floor and tv was freezing at times.

Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Big size bed plus extra beds for two kids and even a crib for toddlers. Nice breakfast with good varieties of food. Good location if you are traveling through GRU airport. Just 10 minutes away by car.
