If in long transit at GRU, planning to city tour, and rest a bit, this hotel is perfect. Easy to get out of airport. Easy to access upon return. Near most departure gates. It’s perfect. We arrived from Santiago. Rested a bit at hotel. Then toured Sao Paolo. Back at airport. Rested at hotel. Then flew out. It was a transit of 20 hours. Stay here and you’ll be fresh for the city tour and then rested for the flight. Facilities are good and price is fair.

They have no plugs to borrow. We had to buy from them. But price is low compared to airport shops. Brazil has its own plugging system.

So nice to just get off the plane, walk a few gates over, and check in. The room was perfect for a layover, very quiet, very convenient, and they even had a buffet dinner out. Staff were great, clean rooms, and the option to never leave the gate area for an international connection was awesome! Just be VERY sure your luggage is checked all the way through to your final destination, or you cannot use the hotel. We flew from JNB on Latam, and even though our cxn was more than 12 hours, they checked the luggage through to Argentina.

It saved my trip, literally. I was going to Colombia via Brazil. If I stayed at any other hotel, my trip will be not possible with Brazil stamp and no yellow fever vacs. As you are inside the terminal my stay was a transit so no Brazil stamp and I could go to my next destination.

Nothing. It was great and I enjoyed the friendly staff and amazing breakfast at 6:00 am as well as light breakfast before 6:00 am. The open air garden was cool. Also, being in an airport Terminal is amazing.

The room was clean and spacious. The little garden.

I would add some basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton buds, little things that would make your stay more comfortable considering all guests have been traveling for a while and still have at least one flight to get to their destination.

Unfortunately the price giving by booking.com was different from what I got charge , I got charged 40usd more , as per the hotel , is becouse of the rate of the usd In the moment, however if they say one price should be that price, is very dissatisfied I had to pay 200USD for that room. I would like to someone call me and explain why this is fake advertising.

We read several negative reviews online especially about the check-in staff, but as we had a 13 hours stop in Guarulhos we decided to risk it anyway. Our experience was completely opposite, with super helpful and kind check-in staff who kept assisting us in the best possible way via Whatsapp even well after our check-out. The cleaning staff was also very helpful, providing for everything we needed for our 1 year old. And the location which lets you rest without the need even to pass through immigration police couldn't be better.

Our room didn't have a window, but since this is a transit hotel this is understandable. It was a bit hard to locate the hotel from the airport signs which were a bit confusing, but this might be more of an issue with the airport management than with the hotel.

the receptionist was very efficient in getting us checked in the facility is greatly located in the international terminal, and you can sleep during your layover and then leave the facility an hour before departure and go directly to the gate without having to go through security again it gave us the opportunity to sleep 6 hours in between flights, have a nice shower and a nice breakfast was included

Perfect for a passenger in transit from/to an international flight as it is conveniently located in the International Terminal 3; where international flights land and take off. Reception staff where friendly and spoke fluent English and Spanish. Breakfast is a decent display but had to rush it as breakfast starts at 6 am as my boarding was at 6:15 am.

I was asked to pay in Reales. Requested an invoice which was given in USD… Breakfast could start a little earlier. However, to be fair, they had some fruit, biscuits etc over the counter on the go.

Great for an early flight as you don't have to leave the terminal

Would be good if food service was until a bit later at night as our flight arrived quite late and it would've been nice to just eat something there. We were still just a few steps away from restaurants at the terminal so it wasn't a big deal
