Despite many people talking about the location, I consider the hotel to be very well situated, very close to the city center and relatively accessible from the pier. The hill itself is difficult to access and is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties. We went with my 90-year-old grandmother, and this turned out to be a good option. The hotel also has many stairs, so if you have someone older or with mobility issues, it's advisable to request in advance to stay in the chalets closest to the reception. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. We had a 3-night stay, and each day when we returned to the room, it had been cleaned, beds made, and towels replaced. I'm not sure if the pool is heated, but the water was always warm, perfect for those sensitive to the cold ;)

The Wi-Fi was terrible, very weak and unstable. There were four of us in the chalet, and when we arrived, there were missing towels and sheets. We noticed this issue very late at night, and the reception was already closed. However, in the morning, we discussed it with the reception, and the issue was promptly resolved by the staff.

The chalés were spacious and well equipped. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rai made all of us feel 100% welcomed. The pool was also great!

The property has way too many stairs. It wasn't exactly a problem for me, but it is important to take note on that, specially if you are traveling with elderly people.
