A lovely hotel on the beachfront. Staff on reception were helpful and some were able to speak English Room was clean with a huge bed, good shower and nice balcony. I had a sea view Room 443 The staff at breakfast were lovely especially the omelette chefs who greeted us with a smile & wave every day . Breakfast was plentiful with many choices The steak restaurant was very good as was the pizza restaurant. Staff were friendly and food was very good . Unfortunately the seafood restaurant was not a pleasant experience. A very long wait for food which was not of good quality . Asked for a glass of wine many times and eventually had 2 glasses with the meal but 5 gasses were put on the bill (think it was added each time we requested but not served) Service was slow(despite not being busy) and not welcoming like the other restaurants Pools are great , side tables are in need of a refurb , cocktails are weak but beers are nicely chilled. Poolside food was served quickly and was good I was given a free late checkout at 6pm which really appreciated. We also managed to change a dinner for lunch as we were half board & wanted to try other restaurants in the evening. Although they will not do this at weekends We had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel

The one issue to improve is to have a kettle to make tea or coffee in the room. Waking up in the morning its always good to have a coffee on the balcony. When I asked I was told I can ring room service but its over 30 mins wait. When I tried I was just spoken to in Portuguese when I said i could not understand they put the phone down. No coffee arrived . Reception said the only other way was to go to the breakfast room. I didn't really want to do this in PJ's haha ! So a tip is to bring a travel kettle. Wish I had known

Serhs is a reliable hotel with wonderful views, nice staff, great breakfast, a good heated pool and taxis available all the time. I’ve been there several times, and I noticed the quality of the food has improved (they have a new chef).

It’s difficult for them to pay attention to what you ask when you book a room. In my case, I had asked not to stay close to the busy road because of the constant noise. Unfortunately, that’s exactly where my first room was. A few hours later I was moved to another room, this time a quiet They should provide better bed covers (edredon style), not the thin ones that are offered now.

I traveled around many states of Brazil and for more than 10 countries and never saw such a wonderful breakfast. The breakfast has a large variety of options and a good amount, never miss anything. When the eggs finished, I asked for more and almost immediately they bring it. They have a good variety of fruits and typical north-east Brazilian food.

I have paid for 3 dinners beforehand, but I could not use one of them, a friend called me have dinner outside the hotel one night. I think the hotel could have offered to give me back the value not consumed.

We had an excellent stay at SERHS Natal. We expend around 10 days, get to know lot of the staff and enjoy the facilities completely. All personnel is wonderful, thanks to everyone. Gouza and Fabio at reception, Julienne and Cilene from the Spa, the staff of the restaurants, Paolo, Edmilza, Ilama, Denis, Arthur from the bar. They are all stars, thank you for such an amazing experience and do the experience so enjoyable. I recommend the hotel 100%. Also, we loved the monkeys.

The place is in a very nice spot in the city, meaning you can easily make many tourist tours(e.g Genipabu, Pipa or Ponta Negra), a transportation method will always be required but the tourism companies always pick you up at the hotel There's really nothing to complain about Sehrs Natal, lots of activities to be done inside and outside, several pools, food and drinks available to you. The room quality(mostly the window view) can all vary according to price but all of them are of quality. We had a leaking issue in our bathroom and they changed our room within the hour. Any questions made to the front desk were replied to with full interest to satisfy us and we are very happy about it. We asked for suggestions for things to do in the city and many options were provided to us. All of these interactions were made in Portuguese, I am not sure if they speak English, but I would assume they do. Breakfast is 100% complete every day, with many options to eat. Quality ingredients as well. no complaints here.

The average price of the restaurants inside the hotel was high, while not delivering the expected quality. You are better off eating in the city and trying something different every day.

Cracking hotel, staff are really friendly and helpful - go all inclusive - it really is worth the extra and basically 95% is included - it’s clearly stated on all the menu’s what’s not included. Food is really good with plenty of variety and choices. The variety of different pool area’s cater for everyone

Short taxi to the main beach for surfing - couldn’t book an Uber for collection from the hotel - but reception sorted one quickly

Great location. The hotel has four restaurants and several bars. High-end service. The staff is very professional and friendly. I had issues with the WiFi and they set up a dedicated network for our bedroom.

WiFi. I stayed for work and the WiFi in my room was awful. They did try to solve it and they even set up a dedicated connection for our room, but it did not help.

The view from the pool is gorgeous, guests service team was friendly and tried to understand english.

Inside the room, it didn't meet a resort category of room (no bathrobe, no slipper, no tissue for face, no cottonbud, and the table stand next to the bed had ticks crawling, bedding also very thin).

The hotel has beautiful views, great breakfast and many swimming pool. We really the option of the heated pool.

We had asked for quiet rooms and they gave us rooms on the main floor, in a busy area close to small shops offices and a bar. You could hear people coming and going, screaming sometimes until very late at night. Some parts of the hotel are under construction, and there were pieces of debris on some hallways.

Excellent meals included in Serhs All Inclusive option ( my choice) Good pools and the staff are friendly.
