The property is in a beautiful building with plenty of common areas to use and relax. There was even a small patio with plants and a table to relax with privacy.

The outside area could use a bit of cleaning and the TV positioning could be a bit better, but that’s it.

Location and design

The location is right next door to a grocery store and the property facilities are modern and upscale.

I couldn't access entering the building with a working code or facial recognition for my entire stay. The code to utilize the apartment's common areas also did not work. There is no one on site and you have to text your issues thru Whatsapp. It rained a lot and I was outside of the building calling in for someone to open the door for 11 days.

Every time to check in needed to identify myself at the building reception with full name, ID and reservation number. No hangers at closet and no duvet at bed, only one sheet at the bed.

Upon check in , the property was found NOT clean from previous guest. Once property management was contacted, I was informed that they were very sorry but the cleaning could only be done the next day. ( I was supposed to stay in the property as it were) and for my trouble they would give me a discount ( to sleep in previous guest dirty sheets and use previous guest dirty towels for a shower. ) So i had to find alternate accommodation after 8pm, causing me a lot of trouble and emotional stress, making me loose precious time as I was in the city just for an evening event which I lost more than half of it because of this terrible experience. How can Booking.com allow such gross thing to happen to a customer? Once booking.com was contacted for guidance, I got a message saying they would come back to me in 24h!? Where should I stay until then ?! Great service!
