The breakfast was ample and the location for business perfect. After the floods I can understand the changes that the hotel has been going though but this did not have any problem with my stay. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and will do so again.

Quicker elevators :) In my first stay there were no problems. At the moments after the floods, the internet was difficult. I can understand this and I hope the surrounding infrastructure in the area can be sorted. So this current period I hope is a blip.

Very well located in walking distance of the Guaíba River and the Orla. The hotel was very pleasant, very clean, and the hotel staff was very nice. The room was very spacious and the WiFi connection was perfect for online conferences as I had to work during my stay.

I believe this might have been due to the high influx of people because of South Summit, but the breakfast pastries were sometimes a bit overcooked and burnt on some days.

Good rooms, very comfortable and suitable for families. Close to the airport, great for a long stop to catch a flight or rest after a long trip.

Would be perfect if they offer a transfer to/from the airport.

Big and comfortable bedroom. Delicious breakfast! Great location very close to the Praia de Bellas shopping mall.

Air conditioning was sometimes dropping water in the bedroom. Other than that, the hotel was great!

Nice hotel close to Porto Alegre's cool neighborhood, Cidade Baixa. A giant park is also a couple blocks away, perfect for a walk and nice views. The breakfast was really delicious with a wide variety of choices.

The location was good. The accomodation is ok. Breakfast is complete and fair. Checkin process is very agile.

Safebox was not working during stay.
