Loved the bed and shower . Wonderful staff especially Lais.

Noisy- had an early morning flight and could hear the traffic - couldn’t rest soundly. Noisy neighbour( sounded like she was in my room) who tried to open the interlocking doors- this scared me as a solo foreign female traveller.

The hotel is likely the best in Porto Alegre with respect to quality and luxury, from my taste even better than the Hilton. So, room quality, sleeping comfort, service, interior, outside area and breakfast are best. For a very reasonable price. The one "but" is the location. You cannot simply walk off to some nice neighborhood, as there is no neighborhood. On the hand, it is very close to or actually at the airport, and the even provide a free shuttle. So it really depend: If you are looking for the best hotel in Porto Alegre, this is it. With the additional pluses of closeness to airport and reasonable price. But if you want to stroll around for some coffee shops or shopping in some nice Porto Alegre neighborhood, you might prefer a hotel say in Moinhos de Vento or downtown.

This isn't the first time we've stayed at the Deville Porto Alegre, so our expectations were already high, based on our previous stays. Every aspect of the hotel was exceptional. My 10-year-old grandson said it all: "This hotel really knows how to hotel!" And he was right.

The staff was very accommodating to us as we checked in and out three times over the course of 10 days. They held some of our luggage for us. It was comfortable and a nice breakfast was available for free. The free shuttle to and from the airport was also nice.

Beds are very comfortable and spacious room. Staff are very friendly and made me feel welcome.

Breakfast was below average: Old/dry sliced bread, fruits were not “ready” (strawberries at the buffet were green). Room service was alright, but they don’t give you a tray to eat in bed so if there are more than one person you can’t both eat tog

Staff were fantastic! Could not fault them, so friendly and attentive. Jefferson was absolutely great! Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Potentially some spa like facilities would be great (massage room or something). Also pool and surrounding seating area is quite small for the amount of guests when I was there. Parking was a reasonable cost in comparison to other hotels.

The hotel is very good, the services and staff were impecable during my stay. The breakfast and their restaurante offers a variety of dishes from where you can choose.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of products, in addition to having a staff ready to offer more options.

The price was a little bit higher, for the location.

Pool was not heated, and the day was a little fresh for a swim in cold water.

The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. Spacious parking on-site. Excellent quality breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful.
