Breakfast, the staff and the comfort of the bed. Bathroom was very good also. The staff is excellent. The design of the bedrooms is very cozy and beautiful.

The sockets for the phones chargers could be more diverse, to adjust to different pins, they could place USB chargers next to the bed instead of below the TV. I could hear someone's TV very loud from my room at 01:00AM, the acustic unfortunately is not very effective. I like the Hotel, but i can only sleep there if i bring my own ear plugs protectors to put inside my ears. I can always hear people from other bedrooms and yesterday was not different. This is something that will make me reconsider my next booking, because I really need to sleep.

The staff were great and very accommodating. the rooms were great, lots of space, brand new and comfy beds. The bathrooms are nice and it was great to have actual Hot water. the breakfast was great with many options. loved the buffet lunch option too. My husband and I wished we had stayed at this hotel the whole time we were in Porto Alegre.

The only thing I can complain about was Saturday night noise, music was loud,I could feel the bass(not sure if these were my neighbours,but I think staff should have taken care of it)

Great hotel close to the airport to rest after a long flight or to catch an early flight. Staff is very kind and helpful and the breakfast was great.

I only stayed at the hotel overnight due to a long layover and was pleasantly surprised with my stay. 24hr reception was very helpful and attentive, the room was big, modern and clean and the bed super comfy! Definitely worth the value and would recommend! thank you for a pleasant rest!

Beautiful room with stylish renovation. Breakfast is perfect and it’s close to the airport but sound isolation is really good.
