The garden of the property was lovely, the view from the pool deck out to the ocean was beautiful and peaceful, and the location so close to the Quadrado was fantastic - so convenient and easy to pop out for a meal or pick up an item from the convenience store, or be around other tourists and people.

As an American, it took a little bit for me to learn the Brazilian plumbing - the single temperature shower (which actually was perfect) and one faucet, the request to not flush toilet paper and instead use the handheld sprayer and basket. But I quickly got the hang of it and all was fine!

The pousada is located in an isolated and quiet garden/forest just a few minutes walk from the Quadrado. Because it has no restaurant and/or pool bar, it is perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoy a coffee in the afternoon.

A water filter at the lobby/coffee place would be great.

Superb location, just out of the Quadrado, quiet and peaceful serenity with beautiful surrounding gardens in this Passada. The staff were friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were cleaned every day. Always willing to help get Taxis, carry your luggage. Highly recommend!

That I didn’t find out about it earlier, stayed previously in a Pousada in the Quadrado at Trancoso and lMundo Verde was soo much more up my alley

Breakfast was great and staff was super friendly. The pousada is very well located and you’re at Quadrado in 3 minutes and on the beach in 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool is beautiful. A real gem!

Some rooms have been renovated, ours was not yet. The shower was not amazing.

Great location, lovely grounds and close to centre of Trancoso and great restaurants and shops. Loved the breakfast - fresh fruit, yoghurt and great omelettes.

I got a stunning villa for the money with a super ensuite, my own veranda, hammock and seating. a minutes walk to the main part of Transcoso. Lovely pool and great views. The grounds were really well kept.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The common areas are great to hang out. The view is amazing, and the pool is a nice extra that not many pousadas have. Walking distance to town. Breakfast was great.

the property is magical. every little detail, every plant, lounge chair, and pillow is so perfectly placed. the view is incredible and watching the sun and moon rise day after day was very special. I can’t wait to come back.

This place is a piece of heaven on earth. The pics don't make it justice, so when I got there I was impressed with how beautiful and idyllic the place is. The room is comfortable and spacious; the pool area is great with a stunning view; breakfast is a delicious brunch/mini lunch and location is top notch. I couldn't recommend it enough and I would come back in a blink

The only thing that was a bit annoying during the first week was some partying going on in one of the flats - since the receptions is not 24/7 (completely understandable!), we didn't have a way to stop it or ask them to stop. Apart from that, nothing really.
