The trusted driver booked by the hotel for the airport transfer was a nightmare. Not punctual at 5am, drove 30km/h over the speed limit in the pouring rain, dangerous overtaking without visibility, most of 1h30 journey on the fuel reserve - so much so that the car grazed on speed bumps several times and struggled to restart. An experience to forget which spoiled the end of a marvellous stay. Capim Santo should better their partners - it denotes their standards.

The entry of the hotel immediately makes you forget about your "not-holiday-life" when you walk through the path that is surrounded by tropical plants and banana leafs. This boutique hotel has two entries. The entry to the restaurant leads straight to the main (grass)square, where all the restaurants and boutiques are beautifully placed around the grass, facing the small white church. At well enough distance to not be bothered by the sounds. And the decorum is as from a magazine, so tasteful. The staff accommodated for all my wishes, horse riding, massage and yoga lessons in the morning, all was arranged and to perfection. The hotel has a restaurant that is known in town for its great cuisine. During daytime, the pool menu is also fabulous. Fresh coconuts. All great.

Amazing staff and location. The garden is incredibly beautiful. Nice pool area. Their restaurant provides a great option for dinner and the breakfast is fantastic.
