Close to the airport with free taxi service from the airport to the hotel which makes it very comfortable. Airconditioning worked well. Shower is fine

The check in at 3 am took about 10 to 15 minutes is quite long especially at that time. Also the room is quite small and just comfortable enough but not very much. Small bed unfortunately.

We chose this hotel because of its location close to the Recife airport. They offered a free taxi service from the airport directly to the hotel. It was easy to find and very comforting. We could share a spacious room with four individual beds. Another thing we liked about our room, was that it had two bathrooms with two showers.

Even though the hotel has a great location next to the airport, it was a bit overpriced, because the rooms were pretty average and it didn’t include breakfast. We only stayed in this hotel for a layover, to get to our resort the next day. I wouldn’t recommend staying here longer, because there aren’t many restaurants and activity’s in the area. All in all we had a great stay.

Good location (right across the street from the airport). You can request a taxi at the airport, and the hotel will cover the cost since they have an agreement. When going from the hotel to the airport, you can ask the reception to call a taxi for you. They mention a fixed price of 12 Brazilian Reais, though our driver asked for 20 when we got to the airport. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food options were nice, tasty (a pleasant surprise), and reasonably priced. Overall, it's definitely good value for money if you're staying overnight near the airport while waiting for your next flight.

The location was great - it is conveniently located right next to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very nice and clean.

I wish the staff had provided more information about how to get to and from the airport. It seems that the hotel had some agreement with the taxis but I did not know this until I checked in. Also, I wish they had told me how to walk from the hotel to the airport since the staff only emphasized taking a taxi rather than simply crossing the street. Providing the information on the pros and cons of each mode of transportation would have been helpful. Also, I wish the staff had reminded me that breakfast was not included. Breakfast was really really good, though. Finally, in the long run, it would be nice for the hotel to consider adding some amenities like a pool. That would have made the experience much more memorable.

The Front desk staff are really helpful and efficient. The little restaurant does a great breakfast but lags on the dinner side. Rooms are clean and super easy access to airport. Would recommend it highly for airport stop- overs.

Evening service and staff at the restaurant could do with paying better attention to clients. Service was very slow and poor and the only negative in the whole experience.

We booked one night here due to a very early flight. It served the purposes, the taxi from the airport to the hotel was free and the rooms are better than I expected. Perfect for one niche stay if you need to catch a flight in the middle of the night or early morning. It’s importante to mention that this hotel is not walking distance from the airport, however super close, about 7min drive

I was offered a room on the base floor and it was great as there was no need for elevators or stairs. The room was quiet and everything worked well: air conditioning, hot shower and comfortable bed. The hotel also has an agreement with the taxi company so it's fairly cheap to go to and from the airport. From the airport it's free and to the airport it's less than 20 BRL.

The wall socket in one of the sides of the bed wasn't working properly, it seems. The other one did work well though.

Unbeatable location if you need to be close to the airport! Ibis also offers almost 24/7 check-in receptionist, which is key when you have a late night flight. Very good value for the price if you are staying for a short-term period. Breakfast is super complete!

Air conditioner didn't have a middle point. It was either too hot or too cold. They need to upgrade them.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is nice and there's lots of Brazilian food available to try in the restaurant. The staff have a good knowledge of cocktails and present and mixed them professionally, and they were very tasty. I stayed here for two nights with my partner (more than the usual for an airport hotel) but found it perfect as we could spend the day out, and come back to eat and rest. Its right on the metro line but uber is also cheap in Recife so the location made getting around easy.

The hotel is a short distance from the airport but it is across many lanes of highway (some without pedestrian crossings) that make it difficult and unsafe to walk to. Taxis are available for 10 reais which is expensive for the journey across the road.

I liked the staff, they were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the cocktails were surprising. The hotel is literally in from of the airport and near the car rental companies as well.

The room is ok but lacks some amenities like room service, laundry. The elevator does not go to the garage (it could go, but is blocked even with the room key). The parking service is done by another company, this could be managed by the hotel itself.
