Nice accommodations, very close to the CASV and US Consulate. The kitchen and bedroom are really good. There is also a very good and beatifull balcony.

Wi-Fi was not working and we had to use it from another room, because in order to fix it a technician had to enter our room.

Easy to check in at the entrance of building. Even though there is a busy street nearby, if you make sure to close the glass door all the way, it pretty much blocks all of the sound. Apartment was clean and comfortable, building staff was friendly. Area seemed safe and was close to most things in Sao Paulo. I had a great stay and the value was exceptional, will stay again!

Great place, good location but checkin was a terrible experience

Checkin , because the face rekognition didn’t work and I spend I lot of time out texting with chat to solve the problem manually.

Clean, new, sightseeing, it was amazing!!

I just missed some things to clean with (more towels for the kitchen, toilet brush) and some more things to hang towels or jackets on! Also the trashcan was a little small.

Clean and modern rooms, conveniently located and with a lovely balcony as well. I’d absolutely go back.

The staff doesn't speak other language other than Portuguese, so communication was tricky.

There was no filter water in the room. There was a coffee machine with two pods but no sugar so i couldn't have a coffee
