The structure is amazing. The room is very stylish, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel is new and it shows. The other options nearby are quite older, so its one of the best options available. We even were surprised with a breakfast basket. We stayed because of the american visa, its a walking distance from the CAVS appointment.

A critique about Booking not the Hotel: There are a paid parking available, but the it's shown in booking is quite deceiving. It seems like the parking is included in the reservation, especially because I included the "Parking" filter in my search. Other than that, it was a soft opening, so there was a bit of construction going on, nothing major, but worth mentioning

All were just perfect. Thats a really modern hotel with reasonable prices. Cozy room with nice views, great rooftop swimming pool, good cleaning stuff, and ofcourse the girls to the reception, mostly Isabelle and the other blonde girl, both so helpful and kind. Thank you for everything.

The swimming pool were many times very very noisy cause of the kids they were there. The management need to do something about it. Putting rules about the shouting and dives, or keep a part of the pool for the kids, or put a timetable for the kids visiting the pool. Many hotels around the word do that, dont hesitate to do it as well.

The bedroom was lovely. Loved the decoration and the appliances available in the room. Front desk girls were super lovely and helpful! Breakfast was great!!!

The shower was a little uncomfortable as the water pressure is quite directed to the wall and the taps. Having a shower head where you direct it yourself should’ve been a better option. The room service girls were lovely! I just wish the service was a little quicker. I left with my partner @9:30am and again around 2pm - we saw the cleaner in our corridor - and when we came back the room weren't cleaned yet. I called front desk and they said the rooms are separated by cleaners and they have until 6pm to clean. I understand that is probably a small team, but it would’ve been nice to come to a clean room after a few hours away. The location of the hotel is near a busy highway- the windows didnt really isolate the sound well. I had an online meeting at night and it was quite noisy.

I was visiting my parents who live in the same neighborhood, so the location is great. The decoration of the unit I stayed in is awesome. I felt quite comfortable and had everything I needed to prepare my food, watch my series, etc.

It was quite cold during the week I stayed there, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. The staff tried to fix it, but it did not work, and the room remained a little cold. Even though the view is nice, the noise from the avenue might disturb people who are more sensitive to background noises.

The room was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The self service laundromat was excellent, although the instructions aren’t that clean on how to set it up on your phone. Helpful receptionist came to our rescue.

The restaurant let it down. It’s not run by the hotel and it showed. The staff were uninterested in serving. Rather watching tv on a phone than serving the customers or clearing up.

It's a very clean place with a high-end feel. The layout, facilities, and staff were exceptional. I would have chosen breakfasts when booking had i known how good the selection was.

The showers took a little trial and error to get to the required temperature, although once set, it was a really good shower.

Location is great and staff are nice. The staff were very accommodating as we arrived before the check in time. The property is clean and new.

The windows are not sound proof and you can hear the main busy road. We’re hoping this will be looked into before the full opening. We raised this with a member and they said that’s how the windows are supposed to be.

The doors from the balcony was not sound proof so it was constant noise from the high way. And there was no soul in the hotel. The pool is amazing but there was no bar, no service so looked abandoned.

Cosy rooms with equipped kitchenette. Outdoor area, nice gym and rooftop swimmingpool.

The bar is not open in the evening. 7-digit password for opening the doors takes time and makes you searching for it every time.
