Location is close to a supermarket, metro, and some restaurants. Felt really safe. Comfy bed, had the amenities I needed for few days stay. Check in was easier than I expected. Apartment building staff were really nice and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile when I needed something during my stay.

Building has no luggage storage. everything is coordinated through whatsapp which comes as a bot at first then you get connected to an agent later. Cleaning during the stay requires extra charge. If you’re staying only 2 or 3 days that’s fine, but if longer than that you hope the room would be cleaned without having to pay. Room is nice but a bit tight with space due to the large bed.

Very comfortable!

I had some troubles with the identification procedure to enter the building! Every day I had to repeat the whole procedure to get my face recognized. It is important to emphasize that I sent all the requested documents and photo in advance. This was a very sad thing about my stay.

It is well located and close to public transportation but the reason we chose was mainly because it is a familiar neighbourhood for me and my family

Never underestimate the amount of noise in São Paulo. If you’re not in selected apartments you will be facing one of the busiest avenues and crossing of whole São Paulo with bus and traffic noise that is unbearable from early to late hours. Needless to say that the apartment didn’t have any kind of noise proof windows. The apartments are also very small. We’re also unlucky that we had no one internet and TV on our first day there, plus the towel hanger was loose. It was all fixed and the resolution of everything via WhatsApp texting worked, but it is quite annoying. What is the problem with a phone call like not so old times? And the security facial recognition, despite providing everything for me and my family, never really worked, a common complaint saw in the reviews.

So much noise all the time. Alarms going off at all hours. Extremely difficult to come and leave. Can't use facilities.
