The building and pool areas are beautiful, well decorated and cozy. The staff is amazing, always prepared to help and avaiable in different languages. The breakfast was an absolute delight, a mix of american breakfast, british breakfast and brazilian/tropical breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sao Paulo.

The location of the hotel is not the best. The area around has a lot of traffic jam and not so many recreational things to do. Also, it is located far away from the city centre.

Fabulous high end hotel, great food, great facilities Pool area is beautiful and the gym facility is great - high std equipment Food is excellent The room was spotlessly clean, spacious- couldn’t ask for me really Booking a car from and to airport was easy and efficient

The traffic was heavy between airport and hotel - over 2 hours to arrive from airport in the morning, although it always only 50 mins return at the weekend. Not the hotels fault but be prepared for that journey time

Good security at hotel as after drive from airport and seeing the neighbourhoods it was required. Used uber at night whilst there and a guide to visit places, she was really good during the day. Hotel arranged.

They took an additional £200 on credit card for incidentals but failed to mention it st reception. Money was not pending it went out of credit card and my friends revolut account. Restaurant at night not good enough. 4 of us dined it wasnt cheap and it wasnt good.

Exalante arrival, efficient check in. However I was an early arrival and was asked to pay an extra day to take the room early. After negotiating I paid an additional sum to take the room early. Might research a hotel that doesn’t try to extract as much money as possible from the customer. The staff and stay was excellent.

No complaints.

Spacious and clean room with a great view of the bridge lit up for Christmas. Granada products were a nice touch. Amazing Christmas dinner, lovely pool area and friendly staff. Especially Milton, who works in the restaurant - he gave the best service and really made a difference on our last evening.

Considering the nightly rate I think parking should be included and you should not be required to pay extra to park your car.

Friendly staff, great service, very comfortable room, excellent food at restaurant and room service. Enjoyed swimming in both pools.

The facility was very clean, and the service provided by the staff was impeccable. The guest room was spacious and comfortable enough to relax.

It was located a little far from the center of the city. It may be good for business, but not really convenient for sightseeing.

Arrived to late for breakfast and requested a sandwich. I was informed of a35 minute wait. Unacceptable in a five star hotel. A fifteen minute wait at the sun deck for an orange juice.

Excellent location, English speaking staff, very comfortable rooms, lots of variety for breakfast excellent spa facilities

There is not anything to pick but bit far & tine taking travel to & far from airport which is of course ones should tolerate😊
