Great Location and building

Need some renovation and it was not clean enough

I like the easy of the check in. I like the duplex apartment, it's super big and cozy. I like the facilities in the building, big pool, sauna and gym. The wifi is good in the apartment and the balcony is cool, altrough there is no view, only a building in front of you. the overall exprience is good. i really like the apartments in this building, they are all duplex apartment. there is no key, only code which make life easier and there is no problems with letting guests in, secruity is cool. you can get parking to if you want. charlie is responding 24/7 through whatsapp which is really nice to have such a customer support.

to be honest, nothing specifically. i like all, it's a good exprience and value for money.

Very practical to have codes sent via WA and not have to go through any reception desk. I needed to clarify something with them in advance and the bot directed me fairly quickly to human contact, who was assertive. The two Nespresso caspsules are life saving!!! Please keep that!

Bathroom appliances were out of order and there was no place to hang the towel or toilet paper. No hygiene shower.

Nice staff, nice place, nice views, nice facilities. I would definitely want to stay again. Great restaurants & shopping nearby.

The double bed was uncomfortable, the wifi for the suite wasn't working, so I had poor wifi connection for the entire stay.

The room is very big and clean.

If the breakfast is included, it would be better. But, we can find the place to eat nearby, so it isn't a big matter. I didn't know how to use the laundry for foreigners.

the apartment should have a better mantainance. The small bathroom and the safe were not working. The upstairs bathroom wall was broken and there were part of the paint in the floor.

Nothing as such but if staff at reception could speak English, it would have been more helpful.

this is the second time in 6 months I stay at this property. There are different owners and different management companies. the last one was very good.

this property is managed by a third party and I did not like the WhatsApp message feature. The cable TV did not work while we were there. Other then that the people that come to help was very nice.
