The room was good and clean, and the staff was friendly. The mini bar had plenty of options. Breakfast was good and all in all, value for money was really good. They were kind to store my luggage after my check out. Parking was reasonably priced.

One of the window locks was broken, making sound insulation less effective.

The location is very central when circulating in the main business areas of São Paulo. It’s very clean and offers a good breakfast which you can take on a terrace surrounded by Fênix and other palm trees. Recommended for business travels.

My room was a bit noisy and air conditioning was not very effective

The breakfast does not have many options of food but is good and well presented. The room was clean, organized and very comfortable. The bed was nice.

The shower does not have a good temperature control in two rooms i have booked in this hotel. I can´t take a good shower because the shower temperature was varying between very cold and very hot.

The place is centrally located and easy to find just around the corner. It also has lovely staff who are willing to provide help

It’s about 30 minutes walk from the shopping mall. But it’s okay. 😊

Beds were small but that is fine, however, the bed sheets were too small for the beds. It is a small thing it but would make a big difference.

Located in the center, good spacious room, clean and comfortable. Bkf is abundant and good quality as well. Bathroom is clean and AC working well. Bed comfty.

Single lift for the entire building and slow checkin reception.

We really liked the hotel breakfast. We didn't see a vegetable beverage option (as a plant-based milk ), but they served good food and drink options.
