We love the hotel, it was a fantastic experience, the food (3 meals provided) was 5 stars quality,staff very friendly and helpful,the facilities clean, the only minor comment was the rooms were too small for a family of 4, but the place was out of this world, highly recommended, if we are back to Sao Paulo, we'll definitely stay here again! The small rooms accommodation and poor ping pong quality rackets and balls.

Everything was great. The breakfast, the staff, the rooms. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. I was travelling with my baby son and it was very good. Novotel never disappointed us!

There were many people. The hotel was packed which resulted in some queues and a bit of chaos, but it was solved immediately by the staff.

Great location if you’re going to Einstein Hospital. Very comfortable, nice welcome sweets, great breakfast in a beautiful place. Very convenient taxi station at the hotel with pre-agreed honest pricing.

Price could be just a bit lower, but that’s all. Great hotel

The breakfast was amazingly good. The croissants are delicious. Reception also very polite. Brazilians: careful , cause all power outlets are 220V

The restaurant, in the night of out checkin, was almost empty for dinner and the even so I had to continuously call them to take my order and stuff because noone even looked at me. Totally different from the amazing staff in the morning.

Nice clean hotel good location. Breakfast was good and varied. Pool looked good although I did not try it.

Rooms disposition (at least the one I got) is a bit strange and feels a bit small but with enough ammenities and clean.

The breakfast area was reserved for corporation and leaving very few table for other guests, the waitress weren’t accommodating too to help finding the available seats.

modern and good looking hotel, very clean, well located. staff is great and breakfast is amazing. they also have lots of green surrounding the hotel and recreation for kids.

it was not clear that pets would have to pay an extra fee, and the fee is kind of expensive. same goes for breakfast. I was not informed during check in, and was charged when checking out.

Breakfast was very good, with options for all tastes. Location was good but neighborhood safety has not been well rated. Attentive staff and taxis always available.

The bathroom is small and there was a small water leak in the bath and sink.

Very pet friendly! Great acomodations and facilities for people travelling with pets.

Everything was perfect

Staff were amazing. Thiago and Diego from the reception were exceptionally helpful. The masseuse in the hotel spa was very skilled.
