Breakfast was good with enough variety to suit most needs. The room/apartment was spacious especially if a person stays for a longer period, and although not new or modern, very clean. It was good to have a bathtub and the water pressure was fantastic! Cupboard space was good. Good location. The people working at the hotel made it their business to be attentive and accommodating. A true pleasure to experience.

A general renovation would be good - definitely a new air conditioner unit, and an extraction fan in the bathroom. The bathroom could be upgraded/renovated and tiled with large, light-coloured tiles with a smooth surface to make it light and uncluttered. I would've liked a kettle and cup for especially the early morning cup of coffee. The noise from the nearby restaurants was quite disturbing.

Great price and location, friendly staff, extremely clean and delicious food. I particularly loved the pristine linens and bedding. Breakfast was very good and they have a wondeful buffet for lunch. The room service is also great. I will definately stay here next time in São Paulo.

It' s a 90s.hotel but extremely well taken care of.

By I far the best experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Let me start by telling you about the room. It was on the 13th floor with a beautiful view, a super comfortable bed and a nice bathtub. I order room service on the last night, asked for salmon with veggie and pure, it was delicious and brought to my room super fast. The hotel has an afternoon service of coffee or tea and bites for everyone that’s staying, completely free. The breakfast was an amazing spread of fruits, cereals, bake goods, eggs, meat nicely cooked, good coffee, juice and more. It is a environmentally friendly hotel, however there wasn’t a recyclable bin in the room, the towels you can and are encouraged to reuse. I love that. The staff spoke Portuguese and English, they were super friendly, polite and respectful.

Everything was perfect. Huge room, comfy bed, big bathroom the staff can speak English and were helpful. safe and upscale neighborhood and hotel. breakfast was great and had all the necessary items like scrambled eggs, oats, break , biscuits, cake, coffee, tea, jam, etc. the room had a desk making it suitable for a business traveler.

although I was on the 14th floor, I could hear noise from the neighborhood. the outdoor AC unit from the room above was dripping on top of mine making noise so I had to put a shopping bag on top of mine to decrease the noise. the hotel location didn't seem central in sao paulo.

The Staff at Estanplaza Nacoes Unidas was very friendly and helped me already with an early check-in. They were helpful with Tips while in SP. The breakfast is Standard and you can enjoy it until 10 am. If I return to Sao Paulo, I would consider staying there again.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The building needs some maintenance. There was no indication of anything, like the number to call room service or what should be the credentials to access the wi-fi.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel is ideally located between Morumbi and Iguatemi Shopping Centres. The room was spacious and the shower was very good. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Though the shower was nice, the toilet didn't flush properly and the sink was always plugged up.

There were ants in the room

Well located, just a few minutes to the places we visited.

When we arrived, there was an used towel in the bathroom. Even though the place looked clean, find this was very disappointing.
