The online check-in process is via an app the process is too long and it asks for too much personal information. You have to call at the gate every time you need to get back in no matter what time. No receptionist present during my stay only remote (in evenings/night) It was quite cold but I can imagine it will be a great place to be in summer as it has an air conditioning unit as well.

Low Cost and clean. Location is excellent and safe.

The rooms are tiny and loud.

I liked the location. There is good restaurants and bakeries around with very gentle staff. The hotel looks cool and the bedroom was nice.

The bathroom had mold in the walls that made the whole room smell like it, this was a real concerning for me. The hotel is very close to the airport, so all the time I could hear the airplanes taking off, but it was expected given the location.

The pool was clean, the location was good and the first night I had a great stay. Unfortunately when I rebooked it all went downhill

Again the first night was great. I love the room and I had to move for my rest of my stay because of two bookings and even though they said I could stay in the same room. They informed me that I had to change rooms

They told me that they will reimburse me for a wrong reservation as well they infor that they would change tha I was forced to pay a new booking I never received the cash back in my card !!
