STRONG plus for the communication all along, quick to answer and very dedicated service. Right in front of the airport, accessible through a pedestrian bridge, really great. Large room, comfy bed. Swimming pool and gym, definitely nice to have!

A bit of formality beforehand to cope with the check-in process, facial recognition to get in the building, not a fan. Room configuration to get into bathroom a bit complicated, so as to leave the shower. ventilation cannot be stopped, slightly noisy but all this are not that important.

Very convenient to airport and felt very secure. Hist Raul was very helpful to us especially when checking in.

Most of the communications came in portugese and I needed English ( even in follow up communications) even though they had asked me how I wanted to receive communication and in what language. Unfortunately, I did not always have wi-fi access and do not have whats app or phone so it was a big of a challenge. It was a next day booking but it still worked out very well. I needed a bit more guidance on how to get to the property. Even though it is very close and convenient, when you arrive in an unfamiliar city, having more direction would be most helpful. A taxi driver told us it was a 25 minute ride making me think maybe I had messed up in my booking but I just kept asking around to find the 5 minute easy access walk.

Easy to get in, no staff. All electric, face reader to open door. And number locks on room door About a 3-4 min walk to airport. With elevator to take you up to crosswalk. Over all worked very good for what I needed a place close to the airport for a 7am flight coming international the previous night from GRU airport. It’s about an hour from GRU and 180 reais Uber. A full bed so good for 2 adults and maybe a small child. Kitchenette/ studio style apartment

Small bathroom,and for two guests, we received 2 bigger towels, but only 1 smaller. When we had issues with the first received code to enter the room, it was quite hard to get in touch with a real person (and not automatic chating) who could sole the issue by providing a new code.

Location is good, very closed to the domestic airport, room is clear and with a balcony, half hour drive to São Paulo Expo.

No breakfast, all communication are through WhatsApp, no reception desk, this is really not comfortable to me, every time when there is problem, need to talk on WhatsApp and it is like talking to a robot 🥲

Spacious apartment with a big refrigerator, cooktop and microwave oven.

The check-in was slow and cumbersome. I was sitting outside for an hour waiting for the procedure to finish. This could be because I made the booking the same day as the stay. The apartment was clean, but the sofa was very dirty.

Facilities were great. Room was a good size. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in. Security.

The fact that it's not a proper hotel make some things difficult. The AC wasn't working and altough I was able to contact people on Whatsapp, it was taking more than an hour to switch rooms, so I just opted to stay on the same one. Also the room doesn't have more blankets so if you get cold easily during the night, there's nothing you can do.

Was great for the 1 night we stayed, close to the airport, comfortable bed. Excellent customer service. Had to book quick because of a scam, and they made it happen asap. Building has a lot of amenities, but we did not use.

Cleaning of the floor (mopping) could be better.

This property is new, with access to several amenities on site in a “shared-space” building. Therefore there is a lounge area, vending machines for coffee and snacks, an indoor pool and more. The studio apartment is gorgeous with a comfy bed, great towels & linens, a big wall mount TV, and very tasteful decor. The mini kitchen has everything you need for a short stay with a fridge, cooktop, utensils, dishes, cups and glasses. The host thought of everything except they didn’t install any USB chargers, not a big deal.

No USB chargers and the dish soap wasn’t refilled

Perfect for those ones that need to go to CGH airport. It is 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

We had a bad luck to get a room with a very bad smell. It sounded like sewage coming from the bathroom drain. We contacted the Charlie support via WhatsApp and they’ve moved us to another room very fast. Appreciated that.
