Structure of aparthotel, some ppl own flats, others are managed by Atlantica. The hotel is now much better after the big renovations of 2023 have been completed. Last year I had been there, l loved the location in front of a supermarket/ wholesale market (Assaí) as well as being in front of CGH airport, but the renovations caused confusion. I remembered the breakfast wasn't great and imo probably is more like a 3 star hotel standard for Brazilian standards, but it was a bit worse than I remembered The biggest issue is it is available in theory from 6a to 10am, but around 9:30am sometimes earlier the staff stop refilling many things including fruit, types of bread and even yogurt at times. If you buy stuff for your apartment that has a kitchen, like I did the family suit, you may be less vulnerable to the rather poor breakfast service for a property that is 4 star in theory. If a prime breakfast experience is a must for you in this region you of SP then you will certainly be best served at 5 star options like the Wyatt or Hilton morumbi

Great location, free shuttle to CGH, good breakfast and attentive front-desk staff.

Facilities are getting old, a bit too expensive for the quality of the rooms.

The hotel is very close to Congonhas airport and they have a great transfer to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfy.

The hotel isn’t as modern as it appears which wasn't a problem for me.

Location was convenient for my bussines activities

The staff did didn't speak or understand spanish/english, so the communication was difficult In the rooms floor the facilities look old and deteriorated

Our receptionist was extremely friendly welcoming and helpful. I don't speak Portuguese and he was extremely helpful and spoke fluent English with me which was a major help and relief. The porter was also extremely friendly welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the nearby Congonhas airport which is invaluable in Sao Paolo.

Very well located if you’re about to travel domestic out of CGH, we had a suite that gave us a little space with a fridge and microwave, dishwasher etc. Excellent breakfast

A little far from the city if you want to explore

Nice breakfast with hot meal, large variety of bread. juice, coffee and yogurt. A cleanroom with nice pillows and a wonderful shower. Nice restaurant with average prices.

Bathroom floor wasn't totally clean, but it wasn't a big deal, because it was a minor thing.

Breakfast was very good tasting. Fruit was sweet, lots of bread just eggs and ham as protein. Pool looked nice but I didn't get a chance to go in. You could order uber eats which was a nice change of routine.

Electrical contacts sparkle when something was plugged, carpet didn't look like it's been clean often. I advise to take slippers. Didnt account on the fact that everything was 220 voltage. The worst was the tv light, when turned off, the tv's power light is so brigh I couldn't sleep without having to unplug the tv every single night.

Facilities, lication, cleaness and staff

The mattress wasn't comfartable at all. It needs to be replaced or, at least, turned over. The courtains are so thin and, when the sun starts to rise, it is not possible to sleep any longer. The room is awesome, it just needs some blackouts on the windows. Also, the TV was not working.

The fact is just in front of the airport is great, and there's no noise from planes. Flat is spacious and there's a kitchen on the suite.

despite having kitchen on the suite, no cutlery at all is available, you have to ask from reception, and there was no spoon?!!? The free shuttle to the airport was scheduled to 6:30am, but when I went downstairs, I've found out that the van had left at 6:22am ?? and I had to get a taxi to the airport. Really frustrating, even with my advise on the reception on the night before that I would need the transport at this time.
