it was all good, the only thing was that i found a cockroach on my room, and i found it really disgusting, the rest of the things was all good, good staff, good room and excellent location.

Walking distance to the airport, so very affordable with attached bathrooms for the rooms. The place was clean and the linens fresh We only wanted a place for one night and this place was perfect for that. Had queries about our group booking and check-in and the hosts online were very responsive and helped us.

Check-in was done via the app and key codes were obtained. The message said the obtained code can be used to open the hotel AND the rooms but when we got there the rooms needed physical keys. Only the gate could be opened with the code in this facility. As we did not speak much Portuguese, initially the online check-in/codes seemed like a very good process, but trying to explain ourselves to the employee there and get the physical keys was a bit stressful. May be worth updating instructions if different facilities have different requirements. Apart from that the stay was very good.

My bed had a whole in it. They should say beforehand you jeed wifo to do check in. I got lucky I had bought a chip from Brazil, if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have been able to enter the hotel.

Close to the Congonhas Airport.

The check in was extremely complicated. We got in the property late and didn't manage to scan the QR code (as the banner was too old). Once inside, the keys were not available. We found insects inside and outside of the rooms. The shared toilet was not clean.

It's not expensive.

Buildings/rooms needs huge reformation. Floors are loose, everything needs repainting/repairing. Like sleeping in an abandoned place.

cleanses . room was so dirty and with mould. so bad ! the place it self outside was sticky. do not recommend. check in was a mess …
