Nice hotel, comfortable and clean room.

The way you have to pay for parking just to check in, even if the car is not to stay in the hotel. This needs to be addressed and rectified. People arriving to check in should have a way to do so without paying for parking (the check in process took more than the grace period of 20 minutes).

The structure of the hotel is excellent, the room we stayed in was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was working very well and the breakfast was well-served with plenty of options.

I had a small problem with a double charge for my stay, but it was resolved.

Room was large, bed was comfortable, shower was excellent - hot and a lot of pressure.

Breakfast options were quite limited, also almost no vegan options, no live cooking station. Very little amenities and no free water bottles.

The only disappointing thing that as a solo traveller I booked this hotel mainly for the pool, but only got to know a week before arrival that they were doing maintenance work and was out of use, which was very disappointing

Breakfast is excellent and staff is amazing

The bed was really comfortable, we slept great every night. Everything was clean and the room was aired when we checked in, so never needed to use the AC. The room had a massive window, which is nice in the day time but you can block the light completely at night. Shower's water pressure is great. The staff was always very nice and helpful. Breakfast is big, varied and good in a buffet style and was included with the price. Everyday they have something slightly different. I thought coffe wasn't great, but juices were tasty. They have a tennis court, a gym and a pool. We only used the gym which was nothing out of the ordinary but it was ok for a quick workout. It wasn't easy to find though, so make sure to ask at the reception. Wifi signal was really strong.

I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the spacious room, exceptionally comfortable bed, and ideal location for attending events at the Transamerica Expo Center.

While the hotel is clean and comfortable, it is in need of renovation as the facilities appear outdated.

The staff was wonderful, professional and accommodating. Every question was answered promptly, they were helpful in giving advice or direction, and they spoke English which I was grateful for.

The location, facilities, amenities and bed were great. I usually feel cold during the night and I missed an extra blanked in my room.

The shower could have a little bit more water pressure and some parts had lime marks.

Breakfast was great! I asked if we could enter a little early due to a meeting and they let us in with no problems. The staff was really helpful with all the info we needed about restaurants and places to visit.

The room halls in the hotel on my floor were very damaged, wood molding are chipped and scratched evereywhere this makes the hotel look old and unattended
