I was disappointed to learn that Booking.com only allows reviews within a limited timeframe, but I’m sharing my experience nonetheless and will update it pending the resolution of ongoing issues with the hotel. Our flight was delayed due to severe weather, forcing us to arrive a day later than planned. My wife attempted to contact the hotel 14 times using the phone numbers listed online, as well as through the Wyndham customer service line, yet no one answered. This lack of communication was extremely frustrating, especially given our urgent situation. The hotel itself is clean and conveniently located near the airport. However, our experience with customer service left much to be desired. Due to our delay, we checked in late and ultimately decided to leave a day earlier than planned, meaning we only stayed for one night. We spoke with the front desk about our situation and requested a refund for the two nights we didn’t stay. While the staff seemed to acknowledge our request, possibly hindered by a language barrier, they repeatedly assured us they would “look into it.” It has now been three weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, we have yet to receive any meaningful update—just vague assurances that they are still “checking.” This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the hotel resolves this matter promptly.

I stayed at the hotel twice with a one-week gap between stays. The first time, I stayed in a wing with rooms for 2 people and twin beds. In this wing, the rooms are small, and the mattresses are not comfortable. When I returned the following week, I was asked about my stay and was very kindly given an upgrade to a better wing with a queen bed, a more spacious and comfortable apartment. The breakfast is excellent, with a lot of variety. The restaurant was the surprise of the trip, as the feijoada was excellent. The location is perfect with access to everything. I want to take this opportunity to thank the kindness, efficiency, and attention of the employees Ligia and Daiana, who exceeded expectations.

Very nice facilities, great breakfast, good location near shopping and subway.

My only critique is that the TV didn’t have any channels that were international such as BBC, Al Jazeera, or CNN.

Location is excellent. Ibirapuera is a center for many good restaurants and cafes as well as one of the biggest parks in the city. There's a lot to do here and it's easy to access it all. Hotel is clean. Staff is helpful. Mall next door is convenient.

For the price I think breakfast should be included. I also think they should keep things like adapters on hand for international guests. I brought my own, but an important one broke during my stay and I didn't want to go shopping to find a replacement. Same went for a lightning cable. At a fairly high class hotel it was surprising they couldn't loan anything like this. I wish the lighting in the room were brighter with all lights on. It was a bit dark.

The breakfast is very good. The hotel is very well located, next to the Ibirauera Shopping Center and several restaurants.

The main lobby is closed due to work being done, which is causing inconvenience for both check-in and check-out.

We like to receive the invoice for separate rooms but they didn't offer us during checking out. They promise to offer that later by email but still we didn't receive that.

Hotel was conveniently situated. Staff were great. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty!

The pool was overheated. The room was VERY basic. No chair, no desk. Only 2 towels per day for two people. After the first day, no hand towels. Too limited for my taste.

The room was a bit dated, the bed wasnt that big as it was posted on the website. It said was an extra large couple bed and we were in a couple and a 3 years old kid and it felt very tight.
