We liked the room ! This time there were regular size fridge, electric stove and oven, which normally there are only microwave and mini fridge. Comfortable bed. Nice view from balcony, tv setting etc...

Again trash bin wasn't empty when we got to the room. No dining table and chairs. Bed was lower than the other rooms we had stayed.

Excellent customer service! My husband had a medical emergency and reception representative was extremely helpful.

Unfortunately this hotel is under airplanes route, it's quite loud during the day. Quiet though during sleeping hours.

Accordingly to the promised/ advertising. Location is good and safe and staffing is friendly.

It's more like a suggestion. It would of been better if there were rooms options with a bigger and separate area for lunch and kitchen so it doesn't feels it's messy or dirty after the meals.

For the second time in the last month we stayed in this lovely flats. We did on the beginning and in the and of our Holliday in Brazil even my dad also booked over to meet us and love it as well and aid is going to be is hotel place while in São Paulo. Very well recommended! Delicious breakfast by the way!

Overall everything was good

Good location (felt safe walking around, restaurants and mall near by, 5min from CGH airport); room was comfortable; breakfast has the essentials

Gym could have been a bit cleaner (dusty), silverware in room could be better (no spoon) as well as toileterie

Great location! We travelled with a baby and having a travel crib available at the hotel was wonderful. The proximity to the airport didn’t bother us but you can for sure hear the airplanes landing - although we couldn’t hear anything at night. Good breakfast and clean facilities.

Staffs were nice, room was clean and comfy enough. Bed was very comfy! Location was good for those who go to/come from congonhas airport. I liked the view from the balcony, which we could see airplanes landing on the runway of the congonhas airport. Breakfast was good but just average.

I found one tiny tiny hair by the bathroom amenities. One of the glasses in the room was a bit dirty. It had a stain on the edge.

great location. walking distance to shops, Mall, supermercado. the staff provided excellent service. they were friendly and attentive to needs of guests. internet worked well.

the sound of small jets from the airport screaming at 0600am on takeoff. the noise from. larger planes are fine. the whole neighborhood hears the planes. you ger used to it. i would add an cheap insulating materials like fiberglass or mineral wool pane to absorb the sound on the windows. and reduce it from passing through. need a coffee maker in the room

Location, comfort, staff, bed, hot shower

There was no towel rack for bath towels in our bathroom. It seemed they removed the towel rack and never installed it back on where other rooms have. They forgot to empty the trash bin in our room after the last guests left. Breakfast can be a bit better
