I loved every one , they have an outstanding staff , very friendly and very professional . Some names that I am proud to pronounce here are: Carla (management) , She is absolutely amazing , Joao , Paricia , Ingredi , and others ( front desk and lob asst.) were very helpful and pleasant , Danilo and David made the best "caipirinha" , Reginaldo and Chef Wesley (Restaurant) Simply the best , food in general was very tasteful and delicious. Personally it was very affordable and it is just 2 minutes away from Levare Luxor private bus company for my mom`s town conection it made very easier for me. I strong recommend Panamby Hotel to stay and I will definitely coming back.

Breakfast was delicious and varied

I was very disappointed with the room I got, as it was not what I paid for. I booked a Superior Double Room that was supposed to be located on higher floors and city view, but I was given a room on the second floor ands the view from the window was a wall. This was false advertising and unacceptable.

The breakfast was very good - lots of variety, including eggs, fruits and juices, and several breads. The room was clean and the towels were good. The location for our needs in São Paulo was great! I will definitely stay there again.

The only thing that was not satisfactory was that every time we left the room, we had to have the key reconfigured!

The facility was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I also asked for my luggage to be stored after checking out, and they kept it secure. The staff was friendly even with the language barrier. I would definitely book again!

Everyone was very proactive and caring. The check-in/check-out was smooth and quick. The room's perfect. Liked it very much!

Good value. Excellent selection for breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good location between GRU airport and where I needed to go to for work in Lapa. Easy checkin and checkout.

Neighborhood not one you would want to walk around.
