It is very close to my grand niece's school and close to my niece's grandmother

The hotel now has private apartments, and the guy next to our room was having parties. One night, the party went up to more than 1 am. I need to get dressed to complain at the front desk. Didn't work. I had to knock on the apartment door. After that, the noise stopped. This never happened the other years. My sister and I go to these Transamerica every year for my grand niece's birthday, and she likes to stay with the grandmother and grand aunt. Hope next year we don't have the same problem. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

Transamerica was my choice due to its proximity to Allianz Parque since the main reason for my trip to São Paulo was the Twice concert. It's not that close to a metro station (20-minute walk). However, it's perfect if you are attending an event at Allianz. In addition to location, another prerequisite for me comes with an office space. I work and study remotely, so that's a must. The room also has many sockets. It's essential nowadays, as we carry notebooks, cell phones, power banks, and so on. The breakfast offers variety, with replacements all the time, natural juices, and full of vegetarian options. And the service at reception was so warm, I felt at home. :)

If I were to list a negative point, it would be the distance from the metro station, which isn't even that far.

The location is excellent. And good breakfast. The room was very clean.

The service was not impeccable. We had to ask for another pillow as the one we had in the room was not comfortable. Nonetheless they were quick to give us another one. We had problems with the key that wouldn’t work and had to request another one for 5 times back and forth. Another thing was the carpet in the hallway that was very worn out and dirty.

Staff was very kind and helpful, great location, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast included. The hotel is very close to Allianz Parque so it's highly recommended if you're attending a concert there.

The desk in the middle of the room feels a bit too big.

The location was great, hotel was clean and breakfast very good. The feel is a little impersonal but staff are friendly and commit to their tasks. Room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

I arrived early and requested a room for an online meeting, I was told I had to rent it for a fee. The wifi is very good, but complex to login. The channel selection was uninteresting.

I've been in this hotel before, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could afford to stay there again. It's really good and convenient.

I have nothing to criticize.

visiting friends in the São Paulo area and the location was perfect. a very nice staff and the facilities were exactly what we needed. Very clean and welcoming. Bed was very nice, bathroom small, overall an amazing price for a very nice business type hotel.

Breakfast excelent and location with esay access. The reception is very good.

I like of all, because the organization is well prepared.

The breakfast was great, with a variety of breads, cakes and natural fruit juices. It also offered hot plates, coffee, teas and a selection of fresh fruit and cheeses.

There is no safe in the room.
