Location is excellent, near good restaurants and shopping mall. Very safe area too and easy access to many other neighbourhoods and to the international airport. The staff is excellent too.

I think the rooms need a bit of a revamp although they are comfortable. The walls are very thin and one can hear many noises coming from other rooms and a very annoying sound every time that the elevator door opens. The breakfast is disappointing, the room itself is a bit dark and uninspiring and the food does not look very appetizing. It should have larger smart TVs too.

Great location for Jewish community. Nice size rooms. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Good WiFi Everything you could need was in the room but some things were a tad old, like the hair drier and there wasn't enough toiletries and they didn't bring more.

The towels were stained and dirty The air conditioning didn't work in public places Much of the staff spoke no English so it was hard to communicate. In breakfast, nothing was labelled and no one was able to answer questions so for a vegetarian it was very difficult. I had no idea what most things were

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Breakfast was mediocre compared to some of the other 4 star hotels we stayed in. No eggs made to order for example. Reception was cramped as area was being refurbished but it should be very nice when finished.

The rooms were a bit bigger that we apreciated a lot as we stayed for several days. It was comfortable to work in the hotel room as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and good. Pool and other facilities were also great.

The pool didn´t have the special area for little kids that we missed a lot. The elevator system also didn´t always work perfectly :)

All good Just wish they did tell you on booking reservation that hotel is going through refurbishment. Lobby was not as attractive as before. I am sure will be nice but not at the time I stayed.

The receptionists were not very welcoming, except for Wilson and a trainee sitting beside him, learning the ropes... The people at the restaurant were not particularly friendly either!

Staff being more friendly would certainly be a Plus.

the hotel is located in a beautiful area of Sao Paolo. a nice gym and pool to use before or after touring. A very nice shopping mall is nearby with nice restaurants to eat dinner. The staff is very helpful and will do everything to make you happy.

There are not a lot of electricity sockets in the room. As I used the pool and gym I would like to have more towels in the room or receive the at the pool/gym.

We stayed the previous weekend, came back Sunday June 3-7. It was like a second home. Wish we had upgraded to the only Suite, before we left. When we came back, it was already taken! Staff is outstanding. Great location for us. Nice breakfast.

Maybe the tile in the shower could withstand power washing.

Hotel location and the room was comfortable, clean and silent.

Room amenities are dated. No modern outlets, like usb ports, to charge 21st century technology like mobile, tablet and earphones.

Staff at the front desk were great, very helpful in all respects.

On one of the three days our room was left untouched, not cleaned, and when I complained to the front desk they did not seem to take it on board, did not seem to trust that was the case. We had not left a sign for the room not to be disturbed! We are not fussy, but expected to get the room cleaned, beds made, especially the bathrooms. It is nice to come back to freshened up room. Although breakfast offered copious amounts of food, more than necessary, I am afraid the coffee itself was not really good.
