The location and the beds were good and the security staff was very friendly.

It was old, the tv didn't work, lightswitches weren't there or was an open switch, there was waterdamage on the floor, there was a lot of kitchensupply missing. The couches were worn out. There were curtains missing in the bedroom, so that the neighbours can look in. The curtains were old. It was not an agreable place to stay at night. There was only very bright light on the ceiling.

location was good and 24 hour security service was also a plus

ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN APT HAS NOT BEEN RENOVATED IN DECADES NO AC in the living room AC inside bedroom had broken knobs

1- There wasn't a curtain for the shower so the entire bathroom would get flooded every night when we showered. We texted the hosts about it many many times they would tell us they're bringing it but never actually did. 2- it showed on the website that there was a kettle there but there wasn't so we asked for one and it took a few days(!) For them to bring a kettle. 3 - the blanket had a stain on it when we arrived. 4 - the fridge didn't work. It would freeze everything we put in it. We also spoke to 360 about it and it was never fixed. 5 - the phone for the reception was broken and it took more than a week to be fixed. 6 - I met one of the 360 workers and asked for an extra key because we were 2 people and not necessarily leaving the apartment together or to the same place every time and he said they would bring it to us. It never came. One day I couldn't find my key so asked for the second one and they gave us a broken one that got stuck in the lock as soon as we put it in it first time so we had to wait for over 2 hours until the locksmith came to get it out but then they charged US for that!!!

No food. Location was good.

Any place in the world you pay to stay at will always have a hot shower but this place the water barley gets warm. In the morning no hot water for a coffee or tea.

The service at this place is terrible. Nobody cares.
