The location is very good, the staff very nice,the room and the bad are very confortable,the public spaces, swiming pool, fitness room and outside gardens were very good and nice. The living room was very nice to stay and the facilities ( microwave, frigobar, desk and television ) very good.

The bathroom too small, whitout a countertop and the shower were a bit weird.Sometimes very strong and someyimes weak.

Very clean, comfy and spacious room. The staff was also very friendly. There aren't many vegan options available for breakfast ( they have almond milk, with cereal and fruits) so the restaurant manager was so kind to make a special vegan breakfast options for me - pancakes or cooked tofu. I really appreciated the extra care and for making me feel welcome.

We spent a lot of time by the pool, which was great. Loved that we were able to turn the TV around between the living room and the bedroom!

We ordered some foods at the pool and asked how long it would take (15 minutes). Unfortunately it was nearly an hour before the food arrived. Also, the next morning plates from everyone who had food the night before at the pool were still there and no apparent cleaning had happened.

The Valley service could have more drivers. Only one is not enough for the demand. The corridors going to the bedrooms looked old fashioned and it needs a refresh painting of the walls.

Great room, comfy beds (although one was for my grandma and it was a bit high for her to climb on and off). Bathroom was nice and clean, the toilet was blocked and someone came to fix it very quickly. Shower was so lovely and refreshing. Didn't try the breakfast. Overall very nice stay.

Nice room with living room and sleeping room inlcuding microwave on 18th floor. Big TV screen. Good breakfast buffet.

Swimming pool not open before 8 am ! Too bad for an early sport. No double glazing: noisy at night even on the 18th floor.

I booked a room for 3 people via Booking.com, 2 adults and one child. After placing the booking I received an email stating that my child would stay for free, but would have to sleep in the double bed with myself and my husband, otherwise we could pay an extra R$99 of a bed for him. I thought this was a joke - I booked a room for three people and was presented with a value for three people, therefore I do not expect to have to pay extra for that third person to have a bed!!

The hotel is decent and you get what you expect at a hotel.

Traffic noice but this has nothing to do with the hotel. There is a lot of traffic in Sao Paulo.
