The breakfast was nice. Location for my purpose was excellent. The most surprising thing was the very kind attention to my pet, who got a pack with cleaning tissues, snack and a pee carpet.

The price was a little high. I believe that a little adjustment on the values would increase the popularity of this wonderful hotel.

This hotel is in a great location (Pinheiros neighbourhood), close to many great restaurants and cafes. It is next to Jardins, which is perfect for shopping, and not too far by car from SP's main tourist attractions. Although the rooms can be quite small if you have a big suitcase, the bed was huge and comfy and everything is new and modern. The photos reflect what the hotel is like in real life. The breakfast surprised me by the quality and variety of the items offered.

The staff was not great. I felt a bit of passive aggressiveness at times, and they did not greet you when you were leaving or arriving at the hotel, being quite entertained chatting to each other.

Loved the location, 5min walk to the shops of Oscar Frieire on one side and in the heart of vibrant Pinheiro's, with plenty of cool cafes and bars on the other. Very easy to get taxis. Loved the bed, the view from the room (ask for upper floors) and quietness (ask to be away from the lifts). The room service, when I needed it, was also was quick and well done, but they could collect the empty trays from the corridor more quickly...Breakfast was good, in a bright room, which fresh daily eggs and tapioca menu, which was a nice touch.

This hotel doesn't refill teabags and coffee pods daily, if you want more you have to pay. That's something that I always got as complimentary in every hotel I stayed in the same room category, and it doesn't make guests feel any welcome. Also, not a lot of space in the room for clothes, with an open wardrobe system that makes the room feel messy pretty quickly, and mine was a 'superior king room'...

My expectations were exceeded. Nice clean hotel, great breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and there was always an English speaker around to help me. The location was vibey and safe, lovely traditional bar across the road that does delicious porchetta sandwiches on Thursday and Friday evenings. Tanguay, the bell hop, was super friendly and very helpful( thanks Tanguay for brightening our days when we were checking out!). Big comfy bed. Modern neat room. There wasn't anything bad I could say about this hotel.

Breakfast has expansive options and was delicious. Service was very attentive and in English when needed. Rooms were cozy and had everything you needed. The well located as it's close to popular shopping/restaurant street as well as the metro.

I did find some hairs in the shower when I first checked in. Also the gym is very small. 2-3 people in the room start to get uncomfortable. Also it would be great to have dedicated space out front for cars to pick up and drop off.

The helpful staff, central location and modern room finishes. There is a taxi stop right outside hotel and the breakfast was amazing.

They didn't give us late check out at 2pm. General traffic in the area is high at peak times and one must plan in the travel time

The staff spoke relatively good English and were proactive and accomodating. The decoration was tasteful and modern. Breakfast was tasty and adequate. Rooms are a bit small (I was in 207) but the bed is very comfortable and they made good use of the space. Iron available in the room. Excellent water pressure.

They block off the drive in area so you have to get dropped off in a car a bit to the side of the entrace. They also have an industrial trash can right in front of the hotel which is offputting (I stayed there in early November so perhaps was temporary). They also have a bellboy who is almost a bit too friendly and imposing. During a storm the light flickered on and off several times and I was scared to use the elevator.

Staying at a disability room, the room is very big, which is nice, although the floor’s bathroom gets really wet and it is very diffficult so walk in and out. There’s no any mirror, except the one in the lavatory. There’s plenty of empty walls. A mirror is something very good and helpful.

Breakfast had quite a variety and it was very fulfilling with a lot of options, I appreciated the attention to detail especially when it came to the labelling of various foods, it was in English which was a nice touch.

I just prefer the condiments being on the table as opposed to me waiting for them every day when I have my breakfast, it was slightly irritating at times.

the breakfast is very good, Breakfast with wide varieties, quality, the option to choose to make eggs, omelet, or tapioca on the spot, and excellent cheese bread! polite and friendly staff. room service bills can go to the room, they do not need to be paid immediately. This is good.

I thought the capelleti in Brodo was very little/small for the price I paid.
